He is referenced as Fal Chan (Surname and feminine japanese pronoum), but he's a section chief who enjoy's dressing in drag at a LGBT bar with other buff dudes in drag, he's friends with the MAMA SAN (the owner, a tiger).

About the comic, it's a BL story (Boy's Love - Yaoi), but the art quality is outstanding and it has some good comedy, don't read expecting PORN because it's a clean comic, you will root for the protagonist till the end, it's mostly about finding yourself and love and the problems of being Gay in Japan (the English character (the bird/blue jay) has no problems in being gay).
Look at some sample pages and buy if it's your thing, but it's good (you need to have a LGBT friendly mindset to enjoy).
There is a better one here on Civitai (Made/Directed/Curated by Uuna), this one is kinda lame, but i can't make out why my training is going wrong and i will not improve it anymore.
Support the original artist (Nagabe) if you can (loads of good books on Amazon, and there is a official spanish translations of some of his works too, if you don't read Japanese (like me).

I enjoyed working on such a unique character, that's why I started making these files in the first place; to create more images of characters that wouldn't have any more art made of them. I've noticed though that you have uploaded the LoRA file from that bounty here - could you please remove that version?
