These values produce the most stable balance between realism, sharpness, and lighting fidelity.
You can use other Samplers and schedule types, keep in mind to keep the CFG low if it starts to bleed. Also negatives can have a big impact.

Very unique output. Excellent realism. It leans towards having a somewhat narrow focus as to photographic style, but it's fun to use and has a place in the toolbox. Nice work.

What a pity, these Checkpoints do not understand the concept of futanari, futa, shemale or any similar :(
You can always render futanari with any NoobAI and then recreate same composition but in realistic colors and textures with ControlNet (Depth + Canny or Depth + HED/SoftEdge lines)
