Annie is a scientist who works at Xirxine. She is a cold, observant woman who performs unethical experiments on unfortunate individuals. She is known to have created Addison (and possibly Veronika) in Xirxine.

She is described as being obscenely cruel with a false sense of calmness, as well as having a soft, kind tone in her voice despite her monstrous behavior.

Sure makes a good candidate for Mother of the Year, huh?
