• harem loincloth (more fancy and intimate style, with some extra accessoires)

• metal loincloth (with an upper part made of metal, like a fantasy armor)

• chain loincloth (with a metal chains on side instead of regular clothing straps)

• transparent loincloth (see-through, orienal belly dancer style)

• fur loincloth, torn loincloth (rough, rpg/fantasy barbarian style)

• slave leia loincloth (Slave Leia from the Star Wars movies cosplay)
