V1.2
Another try for full body condition, and as you can see the image may be front view or behind view which is too creative to me.
V1.1
Another try to remove eyes/ears/nose with AnalogMadness V60, looks good too.
When eyes/ears/nose is removed, bone structure should include shoulders and hips, or the image will be too creative.
V1.0
Don't know why, but OpenPose somehow changes subject's face quality when I use ChilloutMix with it. (means don't look like it should be)
After removing eyes/ears/nose from OpenPose bone structure, subject's face quality back to normal.
Of course, the side effect is the head out of control by OpenPose.
Since SD still work perfectly to connect head and body, I think it's an acceptable solution when you don't need strictly control the pose of subject.

By the way, ChilloutMix looks not good at drawing hands.
The head issue is usually related to the proportions of the head in the pose. Different angles and tilts can cause problems when the model doesn't know how to look at them. For instance, a low angle view pose might just look like a person with wide hips and legs, but a narrow/small upper body/head.
I like to remove things from the pose whenever a specific element doesn't work right, but usually hands, forearms, lower extremities and such. Never tried it with the head, I'll have to keep that in mind!
