This model is very flexible for a lot of different cases. It is not the best at any one thing, but quite good in a lot of different scenarios! I personally use upscaling too but it is very good towards concepts and some weirder things.
Personally I use these generation settings:
Size - 768x768 is what I use, but it's super flexible here too!
Sampling method: DPM++ 2M / DPM++ 2M SDE
Schedule Type: Karras / Exponential
Sampling Steps: 20-40
CFG Scale: 4-6
Again, highly recommended to use ADetailer or upscaling as it can be a bit blurry due to the flexibility :)

So... In other words... main goal is to make a checkpoint to negatively fix anatomy.
Correct?
Not necessarily with that goal no, but to allow the model to also have "negative" anatomy :)
Creative and hilarious, good work.
So, one thing is confusing me about this.
On some of your preview images, it has a typical pony prompt style, with tags. But then for others, you have natural language which implies that it is in fact not pony?
