Lillian Marie Jill "Lil" DeVille (born March 31, 1990) is a main character in both the Rugrats TV series and its spin-off series All Grown Up!. Lil is Phil's older twin sister and the daughter of Howard and Betty. She is voiced by Kath Soucie. Her last name suggests she is of French descent.
