The size is too big.
I only create LoRA with 128 dim and 128 alpha so the dimension is always 800+ MB, sorry if this is a problem but believe me the quality is higher than LoRA of few MB.
(XL version is 32 dim and 16 alpha... is excellent for the "erotic posture correction" but the change of style is very slight if compared with the the pony version than is 128 dim and 128 alpha)

@shiroppo man, i just came across this. I've asked in different places and no one has answered. On a side note, has anything changed? Do Lora's need to be this big to achieve quality that's noticible?
@shiroppo unfortunately, I run locally. I don't like to run online.
@RapidFire the quality is slightly higher... but still my most recents LoRAs are around 200mb
@shiroppo The 200mb mark seems to be quite common. Though there's also some that are sub 100mb's. I wonder just how impactful that change is. That being said, if they're run online then it doesn't really matter in terms of usage. But for storing locally, every bit helps. Probably good for the environment too in some way LOL.

Great job, the style is very nice. Excuse me, may I ask you a question? Is there a simple way to train LORA on PONY? I had several models trained on SD 1.5, but I've seen that PONY has really evolved a lot and I would like to train LORAS on this model. If you can help me, I would be delighted.
