I recommend using negatives to achieve desired result:

- Clown, Exaggerated makeup, ugly, old, elderly

Fully trained 8th epoch, honestly not sure if this is the best one. Seems reliable but worth comparing the other two I have included for best results. Generations included a face lora "Japanese-Doll-Likeness" so face results may differ. Position loras may have been used as well for cowgirl position or otherwise.
