🩺 Fixes & Feedback
If you use LoRAs, try to respect the LoRA training triggers and try some versatile descriptions, most LoRAs will work with 0.3-1.2 (start with 0.3)
Do not mass add LoRAs, just add 1 or 2 (x2 High+Low)
Negative prompting do not work with cfg 1, thats a limitation of speed-ups with cfg 1
Low resolution (e.g. 480p) are only for fast samples and will blur fine details, do a higher resolution if you want clear details
Before posting any questions I suggest reading my guide.
Update your ComfyUI ❗
🪧❗ Test your comfyui-backend with this absolute basic test-workflow before asking about errors.
🖤 Why I Made This
I was tired of using all these massive list of LoRAs, just to get a remotely good result after 10 generations, consuming hours of time.
So I can just make my videos with 1 or 2 concept LoRAs without pushing 6 till 10 LoRAs (Low/High) into a generation.
This checkpoint is also my personal playground.
Closing words
🤩 I want to thank all the fantastic other creators who made super nice LoRAs and concepts to play with! Support that awesome creators by using their LoRAs and post to their gallery and share the meta-data!
⚠️ I made all this with permissions or open-source resources (the time it is incorporated).
I share as much insights as I can without compromising my work. I'm doing this for fun as my hobby and just do not want my hobby to be destroyed.

Unfortunately, comfy can't find the FrameInterpolationModelLoader and FrameInterpolate nodes, and I don't know where to install them, even though I want to use them. Any ideas?
update comfyui
hmmm why 18GB fp8?
More preserved layers in high precision this time
@Darksidewalker Hello. Did you happen to receive my chat? I'm mentioning this because I haven't received a reply yet ^^;;
@mangho9123389 Sorry mate, I could not find the matching nick here! Found now :)
@Darksidewalker Haha, thank you. It's a small token of my appreciation, but I sent you another cup of coffee under the same nickname. Thank you always for being such a great model!
@mangho9123389 And thank you for this awesome support!
@Darksidewalker lovely mate
I'm not getting any outputs after multiple attempts with different settings... any idea why?
Outdated comfyui, maybe?
right, after I updated comfyui it worked, TY
I’ve always stuck with official checkpoints, but I recently tested the latest Dasiwa Lightspeed / BoundBite v10 release. Using a 6-step generation, I was impressed by the prompt adherence even at CFG 1. The I2V consistency is outstanding, preserving source image details far better than the official checkpoint + Lightx2v LoRA. Beyond that, generation is roughly 10-15% faster. The only drawback is the slightly slower motion, but this can be mitigated by using motion-specific keywords in your prompts and increasing the Shift values. For NSFW content creators this is easily the best option available right now.
Thank you for the kind words! Glad it is of value for you and anyone!
Indeed, and not only by prompting motion-specific keywords. Using some classic motions loras at low strengths will allow almost anything using boundbite without impacting the quality. currently a 10/10. Will now see if SnatchKiss can offer something more :D
Question: Is a more compressed fp8 to 13.5gb wanted/needed?
I think for me High 18GB / Low 13.5GB seems just about right. (Gonna hold off on v11 for 2 weeks though, currently low on buzz.)
Can you consider BF16 to INT8, please? Anyway, your v9 is my love
@ehsasfaze3686 I can look into it, but to be honest, there is not really a benefit over using gguf, imho. It's not smarter or faster than gguf on my elaboration. Well, my tests may be limited, but int8 is a very very niche thing. Do you have any sources that proof it useful? It's very much work to maintain all the types
Yes.
Okay I'll prepare a more compressed version
@Darksidewalker When I started working with Comfy UI , I downloaded all the models in FP8 because they are smaller. However, I had a very bad experience with FP8. None of the models I downloaded worked well. I thought my GPU was too weak and began to give up, until I found your V9 FP16 GGUF Q8. From that day on, I only downloaded models that look like your SynthSeduction. You are the boss! Thanks to you, I kept learning until I finally made my own music video
I added the compressed version with 13.5gb size
@Darksidewalker
It's mostly useful for people with 3090s (or 3000 series in general), since there is no fp8 acceleration and GGUFs get dequantised to bf16, but there is int8 acceleration. Hadamard rotations (convrot) work pretty good here (trade blows with Q8 and scaled fp8 for quality) with a noticeable speed-up on a 3090, but without wide adoption of the loaders few people are going to use it. For comfy there are custom nodes for loading/doing the conversions: https://github.com/BobJohnson24/ComfyUI-INT8-Fast and the author has benchmarks and prequantised models in other places.
@paruvar I tried to convert it to INT8 abut something went wrong and I don't know yet.
Also dequanting a gguf will not make it fp16, it will make it a worse fp8 upcast to fp16 for further manipulation, but killing quality.
If I anyhow will reach my ko-fi goal, I think I can make more model types available, my resources/time are limited.
@Darksidewalker any tips on balancing the LoRA weights for the new lightx2v the 2026xxx one, feel like its terrible, everytime i generate something with those LoRAs my characters get sinical smiles lol, i tested from 0.75 with increments of 0.5, idk its bad, I was using it with Truevision, 'The 1030 and 480 64rank' and that was very good
@Darksidewalker any tips on balancing the LoRA weights for the new lightx2v the 2026xxx one, feel like its terrible, everytime i generate something with those LoRAs my characters get sinical smiles lol, i tested from 0.75 with increments of 0.5, idk its bad, I was using it with Truevision, 'The 1030 and 480 64rank' and that was very good
@ThirenG187 Distilled Lora is already backed in. Using any extra distilled lora is fully experimental. I cannot tell what will work on what situation and combination.
@Darksidewalker Hi sorry, I didn't make my question clear enough, I know exactly what you mean, what I mean to say is, with true vision or any other model that don't have baked lightx2v the new distilled LoRAs are not good, I tried using the 26xx version of lightx2v and those results where what I was talking about, but I meant this in general, even with original models as well I get same result, even tested the full distilled model for those, Q8 quant done by JAYN, and still same issue, I wanted to ask you in general how do you balance LoRAs, I think I am doing a very naive way,and wanted to find out if there is a more fine tuned way to get a balance, sorry for my rambling, if you have code py code using diffusers can link me the repo and I will take a look at the logic
@Darksidewalker I have fixed this issue, using your v10 true vision, with CFG Zero Star and SLG, tested with Base Wan 2.2 and other Finetunes, but your truevision model is the best no doubt, the results with the 260412 Lightx2v is really good after that, I cannot share my videos because it's not ethical ;), I will generate a few with using some AI generated images and see how it goes, but for my personal use, face consistency etc is so good
What is the difference between the compressed vs uncompressed version?
I'm not sure if my RTX 3060 12GB can run it smoothly, but I bought it anyway to show my support.
With the proper workflow it should be possible, but I'm preparing a more compressed 13.5GB file version, you could grab that, after I uploaded them.
It will be available as alternate file, so if you already spend buzz you do not need to again, as far as I know.
@Darksidewalker
I just tried it with your default workflow and it actually worked! A 5-second, 720p video took about 11 minutes and 22 seconds to finish. It’s roughly the same render time as the Q4 GGUF versions I grabbed from your other posts before.
@KARASU1219 Splendid :)
I added the compressed version with 13.5gb size
the best version for 3060 (12gb) is GGUF Q5 model, I've already tested it and works well.
can you put the new version safetensors on civit blue so i can get it cause i dont do crypto lol
There is no way to do that, I can just upload and civitai decides where it can show up. Because civitai classifies this NSFW it will not show up there, because blue is SFW only.
And well, it is NSFW even it can be used for SFW.
Also there is no way to use blue buzz for me in any good way XD
@Darksidewalker i think its cause you added nsfw videos to the showcase on this one cause the others show up on there
@PastellPastellPastellI Sure it is, it is an nsfw checkpoint, so this should be promoted like one
But EA has only yellow buzz as option.
(beginner here) Can the 18gb version run on a 5070 with 16gb vram? Or do I need the GGUF version ?
Thanks
It can, also there is a fp8 13.5gb version (file selector) if needed. Or gguf, or nvfp4.
already getting really vibrant movement and expressions from SnatchKiss, good work as always!
Thank you z_chan! Love your arts!
Thanks for a great workflow. It worked perfect until i updated stability matrix. Now I cant save in the preset output\video\date\time folders anymore. I cant even change to a simple filename, because the path "output\video\" is hardcodet in the subgraph. any ideas?
There is no hardcoded path anywhere 🤷
Thanks for your reply. No by mistake i hit the combine switch thought it was my updates caused the trouble. Then i saw "load FFmpeg" was set to "output\video" causing an error, but offcause there was no videos to combine in the path. All my mistake, sometimes i hit things when dragging around. Once again thanks for your reply and for a very nice workflow.
Anyone else having trouble getting movement with I2V FL loops with BoundBite?
Feels like I may character doesn't move much vs vanilla WAN, Smooth, or EXCITIUM.
yes, i've started using SmoothXXXAnimation lora, it helps a lot
@innyinny Are pairing that with this? I tired it and I'm getting blurry motion
v11 is awesome; totally worth the money. ;)
I’m trying to create 3–4 second seamless loop, but there is a very slight pause/jump when it loops back to the beginning. How can I fix this? Any tips for truly seamless looping would be appreciated.
Try to cut the last Frame out, because the last is also the first frame. The double can cause your slight pause. I use the ImageSelector Node for this. (Sorry I'm not a native English speaking guy :) )
@Urgathum Thanks for your reply! Which exact node should I use for that? Do you mean the “Select Images” node from VideoHelperSuite, the one with the indexes setting?
@rakkenshoo exactly. There set Selected_Indexes to 1:0 and done.
On that node of looping. Do you or any other here know how to create a Seamless Loop with SVI combined? I tryed WANFirstToLastFrameToVideo together with SVIPro. The length mismatches and won't work.
@Urgathum Unfortunately, that didn't work. Is there another method?
I'm sorry, I don't know.
@rakkenshoo I Can only try to discribe my Workflow for you (credit goes to a youtube user):
I use the Dasiwa BoundLite V10 safetensors Model High and Low (Credit for the model...works realy good thanks :) )
Load Clip and VAE, total standard. Connect the Model to the LORA Loader (I use the 4Steps lightning LORAs even if it is not recommended, just because I get better results that way...don't ask me why, just less SlowMotion).
Shift High and Low model by 5.
Connect the shifted outputs to the Advanced KSampler Nodes (CFG 1, Euler, Random Seed, 4 Steps, Return Leftover Noise enabled for high dissabled for los yada yada yada)
Connect the Loaded UMT5 Clip Model to the Positive and Negative ClipTextEncoder, Connect the 2 Conditionings to the WanFirstLastFrameToVideo Node. Connect the VAE and the Loaded Image to this node too. First and Last Image both imputs should be connected to the same Image.
Connect the positive and negative Conditionings to both KSamplers, Connect the Latent to the high KSampler. KSampler Latent high to the KSampler Low Standard.
Connect the Latent from KSampler Low to the VAEDecode Node. I double the resulting Images in a RIFE VFI Node for smoother Animations. Then I cut the First Frame with the ImageSelector Node (1:0). Last Connect the Finished Images to the VideoCombine Node (32 Frames/s).
Works, not always perfect, but it is most of the time Seamless. If you want you can add a ColorMatch with the StartImage as Reference, but in my cases it cause more trouble then worth. Try Prompting for a loop, like "return to starting image, seamless looping animation"
@Urgathum Thank you for your time.
I'm not sure why, but in the SVI workflow, the v8 model actually performs better than v9. The videos generated by v9 in SVI tend to have slow motion and lack rhythm, whereas v8 maintains a consistent pace and normal speed. Interestingly, when generating standard 5-second videos, v9 actually delivers stronger dynamics, with camera shakes that feel much more realistic. I haven't tried v10 and v11 in SVI yet, but I plan to give them a shot later!
I'm getting really slow motion in v10. Wonder if I should try v8
@badswagmuffins499 You can try, I think the generated results are also related to Lora to some extent
@voidyear My problem is I will run the same seed and prompt to test it and there is a major difference between the other checkpoints and V10.
@badswagmuffins499 Each checkpoint has its own characteristics, and it seems that the method of controlling variables is not applicable. I found that the reason why the video is slow may be related to my frame rate of 16. After I changed it to 24, it became very normal, but the 5-second video became 3 seconds, and the 9-second video became 6 seconds. I only added the following lora, https://civitai.red/models/1307155/wan-22-experimental-wan-general-nsfw-model
Does SVI deliver good results with lightspeed?
Charging Buzz is a smart decision. It really boosts creators' motivation and ensures they get fairly rewarded for their work. Thank you for your amazing large models—I'd love to purchase one to show my support! Every version you release has its own unique character, which is fantastic. The unknown new models always bring us fresh surprises!
Thank you 😺
I am using DaSiWa WAN 2.2 i2v FastFidelity C-I2V-17 workflow, and I have a problem with auto-scaling. The node where, in theory, there should be a choice of Mp does not work for me no matter how I press the switches. It doesn't give any results, all videos turn out to be 528 by 768. If I'm stupid, I'm sorry.
@Darksidewalker did u try to make a more motion HIGH Checkpoint with Low checkpoint with focus on Details?
I did mix the High fp8 wan2.2Remix v3 with youre v10 low and all motion had the high motions i needed.with super stable details(less shifting in details)
I dont no nothing about creating a Checkpoint for wan.
But i think creating a nvfp4 Checkpoint HIGH with focus for motion and fp8 or fp16 with focus on details is the best solution for nvidia gpu's.
And use a hybrid Checkpoint nvfp4High with fp8Low.
As always thanks for youre work.
Hi, the more motion would be cool. Curently using Smoothmix 2.0 for High. Low Dasiwa is the King of the Kings for me.
hmm I never thought about trying to mix checkpoints like that, I usually try to stay with the High-Low pack they get released as but, its actually a really interesting idea thanks for the post
@FarAwayDreams The thing is that Wan 2.2 types of models have their place. HIGH offers the motion and the base of scene. LOW works as the details and finetune of the video.
I always try to prioritize details/quality over motion. Mixing things maybe possible but can be unstable and can have side effects.
My focus is not to provide mixed models, well, if it works nobody is stopping you :)
After all, all of this is endless trial and error. When you think you found perfect combo (smooth high + dasiwa low) and then on another image it acts totally different, you play numerous attempts with different seeds, shifts, prompts only to find out that in this particular case dasiwa high gives perfect result in one shot.
@jnkraftmail703 thats how wan 2.2 works.if u change the aspect ratio, change resolution from Ref Image from 1:1 to 16:9.or if u have 2 person in the Ref Image and one person is looking at another direction is enough to change the whole outcome.a full "new Scene" is better but faces might shift more.i also use 4 total step with 1 step low and my results are the same. at 0.65 Balanced precision the outcome is usally the same if i go higher resolustion.
Although not recommended you can always use lightning LORA at the cost of quality and consistency.
I sometimes use it to make the scene faster in motion, but don't use motions which travel too far from the initial image or you'll see a lot of hallucinating.
Dont know how, but you're workflow have totally destroyed my installation by trying to install missing nodes
This is a checkpoint.
can i use this with 8gb vram?
I am using this with 8GB Vram.
Yeah, but short and not too high resolution
Use the GGUF version
not working. KSamplerAdvanced is getting errors. tried to stick to guide. running on a 5090 so no vram issue.

Release day! Dasiwa, sorry for being poor, I swear I will buy an early access version one of these days
Have fun with the model😄
i am really sorry if this is a stupid question but where can i find the GGFU files for snatchkiss?i see it mentioned but i can't find it. i am confused
https://civitai.red/models/2633067/dasiwa-wan-22-i2v-14b-or-lightspeed-or-gguf
@Darksidewalker thank you so much. >-<
Excuse my question, how do I increase the quality of the generation? Where do I need to modify the values?
Increase the steps
Yep increase the steps or do it my way: I only use the Truevision checkpoints + An good speed lora with the right weights, if you are interested i can tell you my settings. Using your own speed loras and not the baked in ones gives you the best results and high details at only 4 steps!
@teeay25225 Hi, I interested in you recommendation for the speed up lora< There are so manz of them right know, when I tried the models without lightx loras baked in and used different lightx, the outputs differs much and most of the time losing the details. What is your best bet in speed loras?
@HugMeIntoFace Sure! HIGH LORA NAME: Wan_2_2_I2V_A14B_HIGH_lightx2v_4step_lora_260412_rank_256_fp16. LOW LORA NAME: Wan_2_2_I2V_A14B_LOW_lightx2v_4step_lora_260412_rank_256_fp16. Both are 2.32GB big. I think you cant find any better speed lora atm and the results are VERY good. Like i said use the Truevision checkpoint and the speed lora at: High: 1.5. Low: 0.8. And you will see magic happens because u get much more details at only 4 steps. EXTRA advice: If you use the standart Fp8 Checkpoint as high and Truevision as low u get even better results. Also: This is a 4step lora so you use them only at 4steps, higher steps worsens the result.
@teeay25225 u can share a workflow with your setting???
@teeay25225 OK, thank you I will test it. One thing what do you mean by standart FP8 checkpoint? (You mean original WAN 2.2?)
@enterkmfdm2016848 Sure! I use the "DaSiWa WAN 2.2 i2v FastFidelity C-AiO-12" since day 1. I tested alot of workflows and this one is definitely the best one i tried yet. You can use it with the default settings and with the speed loras i told. Dont play around with CFG or Sigmashift. What you can do is testing different samplers and schedulers when u get more advanced.
@HugMeIntoFace Yeah i mean that. You can search for "wanVideo22_i2vHighNoise14BFp8Sd". If you have any other questions ask me here or dm me. I like to help beginners because i was at your point too 5-6 weeks ago.
Where can I find that flow? I only see version 8. My apologies.
@enterkmfdm2016848 No problem im here to help. I could not find it either so i uploaded it for you, here you go: https://uploadnow.io/f/xYYBrBk
@teeay25225 Is upload got your settings you use or is this just the default?
@teeay25225 can you help me a bit? Basically I'm having too many issues with motions I want fast motions but I get medium to slow one's I most of generations. Also I don't know if its me, but most of time I don't get the walking of character right is it wan 2.2 issue or these checkpoints by Dasiwa as I also tried smoothmix checkpoint I don't get much issues with walking but in dasiwa character walks back after 4 or 5 seconds of video?
@yeahnohell617 Did you even try my recommended settings? If not do that. But the main fix is using the standart FP8 Checkpoint as high and dasiwa as low. This is empowering wan to faster movement. Also: Yes its normal that Wan is jumping back to the beginning pose after 5 seconds of video. There are workflows where u can make longer videos, just search for that like "wan 2.2 long video workflow".
@teeay25225 Thanks for replying! Is wan 2.2 i2v 14b fp8 scaled as high noise good? Also do I need to add speed loras if using fp8 scaled as high?
Sorry, it's 1.5. I didn't understand, I'm sorry.@teeay25225
@yeahnohell617 I switch from the Dawisa Checkpoint as high to the standart one if wan should listens more to my prompt or i need more movement.. Which is maybe fixed with the new snatchkiss release, i didnt try it yet because i wait for the truevision version of it. And yes you should use the speed loras instead of the baked ones, they have more details at only 4 steps. Means: You can also use the Truevision Dasiwa checkpoints as me and the speed loras. And you switch between dasiwa high and the standart one in different situations. But if you are a bloody beginner you can use the lightspeed dasiwa checkpoints the first 3-5 weeks and must not touch ur own speed loras yet. I would not say that the standart checkpoint is better it's different and any checkpoint has its use :-)
@teeay25225 Reading your whole discussion. Which one counts as STANDART ONE?
@HugMeIntoFace "wanVideo22_i2vHighNoise14BFp8Sd" is the file name. It's the standard wan 2.2 14b checkpoint without any changes. You can find it here: https://civitai.com/models/1817671/wan-video-22?modelVersionId=2057465
@teeay25225 yoo, can u by chance recommend a workflow for making longer videos with the checkpoint mixture u recommended? if u dont have any thats fine, just wondering
@shindaiwa321 Wan2.2_I2V_PainterI2V_Workflow_Kenpechi_v2.4.. Is simple and good! Many workflows are too complex and making you overwhelmed but this one is fine.
Excuse me, how can I get more clarity in the videos, almost like Qwen Online Qwen 3.7 Plus?
Having issues with V11 using the SVI workflow. There's occasional strange ghosting effects, extra limbs, and the characters are constantly moving and bouncing. When using v10 I'm not getting any of these issues. For exampls having a character stand still doesn't seem to work for me.
This isn't a complaint though I'm happy staying on v10 and I really appreciate all the work going into these, and I do like that the characters seem more expressive in v11.
I was having the same issue. Try Sampler: Euler; Scheduler: Simple.
After comparing around 200 clips between v10 and v11 to find the sweet spot, I used v11 for 9 out of my last 21 animations with Kushina (including the one I recently shared). It performed better than v10 on those 9.
v10 is still amazing, but v11 seems to handle some difficult motions better. I'll keep using both. Currently using Euler + Normal.
This model is great. Lots of improvements. But I find that people make weird mouth movements. Sometimes it looks like they're chewing. Other times they just open and close their mouths, but not really in a natural way.
Would you describe improvements more detailed? I use SynthseductionV9 and cant find proper info about progress on V9=>V10 and V10=>V11.
The quality of the videos is sharper. When using the previous model I found them to be soft. Not blurry, but soft. The lack of a "warm up" is a big improvement for me, although some generations still have it. I haven't tested everything, but the movements usually look better.
I have the same issue with v11. To much looking around or yapping or smiling .very unnatural face expression.details are better and overall sharper.but that random face expression are so bad...
I will stick to v10.....
Currently im using remix v3(high) and dasiwa fp8 v10(Low)
Some say v10 had too less expression v11 too much, ... well, one cannot please all ... pick your poison ✌️
@hartweizen I've made a bunch of generations this morning with better results. More detailed prompting can help, and so can adjusting the shift. For some reason the shift seems to make a bigger difference with this model than others I've tried, but I'm still new to doing video so take my words with a grain of salt.
Okay I just did a generation with a new image. The woman started talking and smiling in the first iteration. Instead of "she does not speak", I said "she clenches her jaw and turns her head slightly". Fixed. I've found that the negative statements don't work as well as positive ones (if you don't like what they do, instead of telling them not to do it, tell them to do something else). Maybe you already know all that, but hopefully it will help a beginner.
Why is the video a completely black screen after loading the model? I'm using a standard WAN 2.2 workflow and not LoRa.
Can a 720p video run on 32GB RAM?
I tried 720p on my rtx3060 12GBVRAMM with 32B RAM, it works although it takes like 20 minutes for a 15 seconds SVI workflow, also try to use this version without lora first.
I have a question. Is there a reason you use Euler/linear_quadratic? In my experience, I felt its movements were a bit exaggerated, and its facial consistency, in particular, was quite weak.
I use it, use whatever you like
what do you use for facial consistency? and what have you found as a good sampler
If you switch schedulers such as from normal to linear_quadratic, make sure to check out the sigmas schedule using a node like SigmasPreview (R3S4LYF). AFAIK, for I2V the rule of thumb is to switch from High to Low noise model after 0.9-0.95 sigmas remaining. linear_quadratic schedule processes less sigmas in the first iterations. Therefore you likely need to shift your steps so there is more steps generated by High Noise model.
Facial consistency is great for me. I use 8 steps though, 3 for the high and 5 for the low. But, even 4 steps is great.
@Limeturt Personally, I found Euler + Beta 57 to be the best in terms of face consistency and detail.
@altoiddealer So that was the reason. I'll have to give it a try. Thank you for the detailed explanation.
@DaddyWolfgang I tried it dozens of times following your advice, and you were right. Thank you.
@mangho9123389 Glad to help! It DOES take longer, but if time isn't an issue then the 3 high 5 low method tends to result in more accurate and better quality results. I've yet to find a workflow that works better than this, while they can be good, they often fall apart once you start asking for more complex movement and speech. When in doubt, increase steps to test. Higher CFG too, but that will increase gen times a lot. Darkside makes incredible models and has always been helpful when you ask the right question in the right way.
Not that you did, but if you notice when people come in and insult him or his model when things don't work right, he in turn gives that same energy back. Because he, and I think everyone else knows, these people most likely didn't try ANYTHING to resolve their issue first. In those cases, honey works best. They could simply ask, "It's obvious this model is great, given the examples I've seen from you and other users. However, for me it's a bit off. Why does X happen and what can I try to resolve the problem? Here's my workflow."
Instead they come in with, "FUCK THIS MODEL SUCKS I KEEP GETTING DISTORTION PIECE OF SHIT MODEL" And then they ask for help...
Darkside doesn't have to do any of this for us, they could keep the model to themselves, they could continue to charge for it as well and lock it away. But no, they release for free eventually. They also don't have to respond to a damn thing, but I think they truly do want to help but when you're an asshole then expect an asshole response.
And honestly, they're very calm considering some of the stuff I've seen said.
@DaddyWolfgang Thank you for being helpful and your nice words! 😺
I've been using Low Lightspeed since V8, and now I'm using V11. Overall, V11 is the best performing. Thank you, Darksidewalker.
Blackscreen is missing or outdated comfyui/custom nodes.
If your video is wrong, like blurry, your settings do not work.
Where is the low model download link ? I only find the high one
any external download site?
civitai has a lot of problem
When I get time I'll up to HF on my profile
hello.
so like im using the v10, with yout fastfidelity v8.2 workflow.
when i click on run in comfyui, it runs but no output is produced,
i have only enabled sageattention from the workflow and nothing else 4steps, using resoution presets method.

I fouond V9 high + V11 low is my favorite combo - just enough motion and excellent details. Thanks OP for all the hard work! The best wan2.2 checkpoint ever!
Huge upgrade over v10!
Prompt adherence is top-tier, allowing for actions that no previous DaSiWa model could handle.
The detail control is fantastic. It handles both anime and realism perfectly.
Motion is slightly slower than v9 but way better than v10. I actually may prefer it to v9 because it's capable of both "gentle" and dynamic movement instead of everything being dynamic all the time.
FLF2V improvements are noticeable: fewer awkward starts and no more poses and bodies "snapping" into place at the end.
At times, the model is uniquely capable of creating its own sequence of actions that almost 'tell a story'.
The model still struggles with abstract backgrounds more than v9; they tend to be too static and, if there's a big difference between the BG in the first frame and the last, typically the model will transition between the two by way of a basic crossfade instead of something more fluid or creative.
Great job overall!
How can I enhance this with additional LoRAs for more movements or actions? Maybe 2–3 LoRAs at the same time?
Whenever I add extra LoRAs, the sampling process often gets stuck at 0% [0/2] in the sampler.
Sometimes I also encounter Out of Memory (OOM) errors.
My system has an RTX 5090 and 64 GB of RAM.
Thank you.
Also, sometimes the mouth movement seems a bit excessive, as if the character is opening and moving their mouth too much.
Why does this happen?
@xuro To counter mouth movement: add "speaking, talking" to negatives. Don't know how to help your lora issue though. I'm using the WAN workflow by DaSiWa and all the loras work.
I love your models. Most NSFW models tend to always add movement even when the scene shouldn't have movement. With your models it's possible. So - thanks a lot for your work.
I need help. I'm having troubbles with dasiwa wan 2.2 fast fidelity. On the checkpoint node some of the fields indicate "disconected" and I don't know how to fix it. I have tried to uninstall and do a clean install but not working. And with the latest nodes update more fields now are "disconected" and for example I cannot select the video quality.
i had the same problem on my old install, no resolution control on SVI workflow and LTX refused to install correctly for the AIO; i made a new install using darksidewalker's own installer that i got from his page(that also automatically installed the workflows) and everything works now-- i still have one disconnected field on the AIO workflow(the very last one under upload watermark), but i don't know what it is or what it's supposed to do, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@aiaiaia4444 I had to downgrade the node version to an older one to fix most of the disconected fields except one, the field to select the seed behaviour. But I noticed that is not only on this workflow but on other workflows too. Sure it has something to do with comfyui cause I have the problems since it updated about 1 month ago.
I was using gguf q4 and getting decent results and generation time was usually about 5-6 mins. Wanted to try this version (fp8 safetensors) for higher quality but the results i get is very very bad. Also the generation times are about 3 minutes. Isn’t it supposed to take longer? Probably i am doing something wrong, can anyone help me?
same with nvfp4 idk why
No it's not supposed to take longer. GGFU is always slower. That's the whole point.
@ODBsGoonerExtravaganza I mean the results of fp8 lightspeed weaker than nvfp4 and Idk why
@Giey098 Al I know is that truespeed is indeed better. My current setup with Truespeed is 9 steps High Noise and 5 steps Low Noise with latest rank64 light2x lora. 15 minutes for 720x900 6 second clip, 2 of which spent on interpolating with GIMM. I run 12GB VRAM, 32GB Ram.
so I was using
smoothmix V2 HIGH and Boundbite V10 LOW before and it actually worked very well... it retained the quality throughout my SVI workflow.. thought I'd try various mixes with your latest Snatchkiss V11 but for some reason the quality does not retain further than 5 seconds, it gets very soft and broken which is a shame because the prompt adherence is miles better than V10, does anyone know a solution
Me Too Same Problem i back to V10 for SVI 2.0
Can confirm the same issue.
Snatch Kiss distorts with a noise-like filter, sometimes starting as soon as the first second.
Bound Bite goes crazy with the camera movement.
Tasty Sin works marvelously all of the time.
Tested in multiple SVI workflows, including the one generously supplied by DaSiWa.
I made a test, updated comfyui, latest nodes, v11 SnatchKiss, SVI 2.0, 3 segments.
Absolute no problem, no glitches, no noise, no shifts.
https://civitai.red/posts/29154431
Whatever you guys facing here is not a problem of the model it seems.
Check your installation, drivers, incompatible custom nodes.

I really appreciate the simple workflow. When ComfyUI updates and breaks all custom nodes it helps noobs like me, significantly.
The 10 version was very good. However, it had a flaw. There was an error in the training. The first frames quickly turned dark. The 11 version had very poor training. The model did not listen well, but it did not have the same error as the 10 version. It would have been great if the 12 version had been based on the 10 version instead of the 11 version. If the 10 version had been free from this issue, it would have been a better model.
No version is based on any other version.
Your explanations are not correct, there was no poor training for v11 and there is no issue of dark frames in v10.
You are ether using it wrong or your setup is faulty. The problems you describe are not a checkpoint problem.
Also both models have different aspects, fully described in the announcement articles. They are not the same or based on each other.
Excellent work! A checkpoint like this for Qwen Image Edit would be a phenomenal combo! You know what I mean!
There are already uncensored qwen edit checkpoints, no?
where can I get the low noise tensors
Hello, do you think it would be possible to add the NSFW features of your wan 2.2 models e.g. this I2v to the Bernini model?
What to do with the
"json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)"
error? Seems to be something about loading the VAE..
I had the same issue. The link in workflow downloads some 115KB file, which is too small for actual VAE. Use the link in dependencies instead.
В чем разница между этой моделью и TrueVision?
Does anyone know how to stop smoke coming from the penis when a guy ejaculates? I'm using Snatchkiss with the Dasiwa workflow. No other loras. I've tried adding "smoke" to the negative prompt and it doesn't do anything, but I'm not enabling NAG because it slows generation so much. It's ruined so many otherwise great generations.
Okay with further testing, it seems enabling NAG and putting "smoke", "steam", etc in the negative prompt works some of the time. It doubles generation time, though, so I'm hoping someone else might have a better solution.
You should rewrite your prompt or review the settings, that is not a common issue
@Darksidewalker I've rewritten and reviewed hundreds of times, and am still unable to figure it out.
@potatometer350 maybe it's the image composition, did you consider using an extra cum Lora?
I've tried a couple, yeah. It's a mystery.
Than no clue, I never saw "smoke" coming from anything
I just posted two mp4s to the gallery. They both have the smoke thing but it's more subtle than it usually is. Even still, it's pretty easy to see in the second one I uploaded. https://civitai.red/images/134352963
I have a screenshot of the workflow made just after the generation, but I didn't think uploading it to the gallery would be appropriate. Let me know if you want me to send it to you somehow. The only modification I made to the workflow was to delete the save node for the mini meme. It was throwing errors and I didn't need it.
Anyway the last upload was with no lora. The first one did have a lora enabled, which is why I made the second one and uploaded it.
@potatometer350 I see, you really should write a better prompt with description of the setting... One short sentence is probably not enough
@Darksidewalker My prompts are usually much longer. I just wanted to show you what it was doing.
Try writing the word cold in the prompt. When describing the video maybe the words hot s$#@$ was used.
I finally figured out that this was happening with images I'd edited with QwenRapidAIO. Since I started using Krea2 I haven't had to edit nearly as much, and haven't seen this smoke again.
I have no idea why. Maybe something to do with that moire pattern that tends to show up in Qwen images?
@potatometer350 So it maybe a hidden pixel pattern
@Darksidewalker Guess so. Weird, huh?
@potatometer350 yes very weird
Happens to me sometimes too. But rarely, like 1 out of 6-10 ejaculations. My prompts are simple, it does tell ejaculate/cum. Like
"Animation of a woman with blonde hair performing oral sex. The male withdraws the cock and ejaculates across her face and mouth."
I use 1-3 loras. Most of the time I have high and low DR34ML4Y_I2V_14B at ~0.55
@naxo556x How did you generate your source image?
@hawkfreedom1177 I usually wait until I'm done before lighting up, but whatever floats your boat.
I've had this problem again a couple times this evening, despite feeding it very high quality images from Krea2. But it's not all the time like it was. I think the worst one happened when it was a 1MP reference image.
I swear i am not wasted, how can i add LOW+HIGH checkpoints ? Can only see one input.
easiest if you are using their workflow https://civitai.com/models/1823089/dasiwa-wan22-workflows-or-i2v-or-svi-20-or-flf2v and putting the files in the correct folders
Even easier, ComfyUI has his own simple Wan 2.2 workflow that works perfectly well. Really dont know where you are trying to use it.
@fatessa ty, fixed
@SeikKV, ty fixed
Man these checkpoints REALLY want a woman to look a certain way, don't they? Somebody has a MILF fetish...
Not that I'm aware of that. I did not train/merge on a specific woman appearance.
Don't use it as T2V, if you did that.
@Darksidewalker It was I2V, but I started out with a woman who was seated and her lower body was hidden. I make her stand up and I guess the algorithm decided she must be a mother of 6 with a steady income of child support. I eventually got it to display a less "MILFY" appearance, but it took some creative prompting.
im just curious. is wan2.2 or this model can know booru tag/japan word like Ahegao, Paizuri, wariza etc
Wan22 is natural language, no tag based prompts
@Darksidewalker ok then, thanks
@Lev1123 the only thing it may work if someone trained a Lora for Wan22 using tags, the model would learn that
while i'm loving the overall quality, i've had alot more issues with SnatchKiss forcing the characters to talk/move their mouths alot without any request to do so, much more than any of your previous models. and negative prompts dont seem to help much. ive been having to try multiple phrasings of 'mouth closed, silent, quiet smile' etc, which only work sometimes and often ruin a scene where say I want a character smiling excitedly with her mouth open but without making a speaking motion. do you have any tips or suggestions for this?
Had the same issue occurring, it occurs a lot less when using a random LORA on 0.5 in my tests, since negative prompting and your other prompts like mouth closed didn't work for me too.
For me, it's not a problem most of the time. There have been several images I've tried to animate that the model seems to want the characters to talk, though. I've found the best way to counter it is to tell them to do something else with their faces. For example, prompt them to squint or grin or turn their head slightly to the left or right. Any kind of subtle instruction will usually stop it. For me, at least.
@potatometer350 Yes this works too, I added "neutral face expression" in my prompt but it does create a static emotion sometimes.
The best solution is just to render again, v11 outweighs the issues I have with much better results anyway.
thank you so mutch for your outstanding work ! had hickups, but was my lack of experience with video... all img and vid models are like paintings, too nice to keep hidden . Mad respect !
Thanks!
Workflow and SnatchKiss tensors are phenomenal. The best I've found so far. As complicated as it needs to be and and nothing more.
SnatchKiss is amazing at retaining detail throughout long generations. Image degredation is minimal.
Thank you!
Looks great! However I tried to get it working with "SVI 2 Pro" architecture and Anchor support, but somehow the videos always end up more and more as colorful confetti... any ideas? :) (using WanGP not comfi, but works well except of my question)
My SVI wf does not produce confetti, so I assume it's your wangp setup. Maybe asking there would make more senses 🤔
I got it working! Had to load the SVI2 loras.
ANYHOW - any ideas how to get faster motion while copulating? :D Did mo aplitude to 1.4 and added lots of prompt and negative prompt stuff, but rather... well .. calm. Need really fast like jet engines, any ideas appreciated! :)
@pornthulhu SVI is slowing down things and also making prompt adherence lower. I Think you will have a hard time to achieve this.
Maybe more promoting or not using a NSFW trained checkpoint
@Darksidewalker That's a good point of view =)
Alternatively, you can try running the workflow with either the bounce test or slop twerk lora's at negative strength.
@RL1775 Thanks
V11 is not that good compared to V10. V11 has too many unnecessary movement. I use your workflow and everything
Well ... this is a matter of taste, others say v10 has too less enforced movement.
V11 is an upgrade overall, but needs and taste may differ. If you are happy with v10, nobody is forcing you to not use it.
Need help with Perfect Loop at V11.
99% of the time can't make perfect loop work.
Already tried 16 FPS / 5-6-7 seconds + color match,
Also tried 24 FPS / 3-4-5-6 seconds + color match,
and literally nothing works, video isn't even close to loop.
And prompt is ultra simple:
Style: Anime, high quality cgi colors, vivid lighting. Serene facial expression, girl watches a butterfly fluttering in front of her face, sun rays fall on girl and her hair
Perfect loop worked after trying to generate more than 10 times and only with FLF2V, but not I2V
Example: https://civitai.red/posts/29508842
To create loops with any Wan checkpoint use PainterLongVideo from PainterLongVideo node pack (princepainter/ComfyUI-PainterLongVideo)
This node will also help you out, or rather is necessary-must-have if you want to make movies.
Could you please provide INT8 ConvRot versions converted from the 16-bit and 32-bit models?
+1
+1
I see, I know Int8+ConvRot is the new hot 🔥 thing, I will look into it, my ltx already got that already.
Is it just my impression or did tastysin have better movements than snatchkiss?
Unlike only on maybe specific motions more present in the checkpoint that might be adjusted
I'm getting strange overlays, cartoon censored logos over cumshots when I use any lora or cum prompt with this model. have you heard of this before?
Fantastic work as always DaSiWa - I2V is a lot livelier than v10 and incredibly smooth.
Thanks 🙏
Thanks man. I learned how to do all this because of you and your detailed guides . I'd also reverse engineer your workflows and truly learned a lot, so thank you. Your checkpoints are awesome btw. Just so you're aware, you're probably helping out a lot more people than you realize, so keep it up.
Glad it was helpful :)
Is there a way to create a guff version of the latest model? I am running it on 3060 12gb and want to speed it up
There is already one on my page.
I've tested almost all the Wan2.2 large models on Civitai, and only your "dasiwa" series delivers perfect results. The others are too blurry and of poor quality. I hope you keep up the great work!
Any chances we get int8 format for v10/v11?
Thanks for your work! Keep it going
I really appreciate the quality of the Wan model releases and the GGUF versions.
Been using them since v2. They've truly motivated me and saved me from the frustration of trying to make a good NSFW motion, almost giving up, even. Other models seem to exaggerate motion or shift my anime style into a realistic one, but yours handles it very well.
Also, as an AMD user, each new ComfyUI update seems to break something and leave us behind, making things incredibly troublesome. Your GGUF model helps alleviate most of those issues.
I'd love to try your new LTX 2.3 model in the future. Hopefully, there will be a lighter GGUF version of that one too (I can only generate at 240p currently).
Thanks again for all your work.
The LTX23 has all gguf quants already. In download dropdown.
@Darksidewalker Oh my, thank you! Still not used to it with that new drop-down selection. I'm so sorry for troubling you.
Why do my high-noise models in V11 always have very small motions, while models like Remix and Fastmove have much more pronounced motions?
Different models do different things. I appreciate the slower motions from this model, as I usually like to generate more intimate scenes. But if I want something faster, I can use Remix or whatever as the high noise model.
This is one of my favorite Wan versions so far, great job.
Any chance we can get the int8 conversion format for v10/v11?
Im hoping for the same thing!
Author published the Int8-Convrot versions!
NOICE! Thank you sensei!
Dumb question maybe, but where do i find the low version for the model? in the downloads i only see the high version?
There is the list at the top of the page where you can switch between versions and high / low
Wow, v11 is giving me MUCH more 'appropriate' hip motion than v10! Great job!!!
Samples incoming ;)
I see there's an int8 version of the High noise model now, which is excellent news, but what about the Low noise one?
Uploading and quanting is a thing 😆
Up now.
@Darksidewalker Thanks!
Awesome!!!!
int8 version:
Using a new prompt and new first frame image, no real difference in speed. But when I re-roll the prompt with the same image, I get a pretty big speed improvement. I can see no loss in quality.
Generating in as little as 80 seconds with a 5070ti. Before it was 90-110 seconds, sometimes more.
I will note that when I first loaded the int8 models, I didn't see this kind of improvement. But this morning after I booted my PC and started ComfyUI, there it was. A nice surprise.
Thanks, DaSiWa.
Thanks for the Int8 checkpoint
However, the file name is the same as the FP8.
Not sure if I have downloaded the right file.
Don't see any difference in terms of generation speed, maybe it's still the FP8 version instead of INT 8 ?
Not sure though
The civitai dowloader seem to be broken, it will always dl the suggested file atm
@Darksidewalker could you plz upload a int8convrot on huggingface?i really want to use int8conrvot,but what i download here is also the fp8
@Darksidewalker maybe not the fp8,i am not sure, they have the same file name
sry,it is the correct int8convrot,just the same name different file
If you hover the mouse over all the different versions (FP8, INT8, etc) every one of those has some special suffix at the end. Regardless of which you click, though, the final downloaded file will have the same name which has no suffix, for example DasiwaWAN22I2V14BLightspeed_snatchkissHighV11.
Anyway it's downloading the correct file based on what you click. I downloaded both the FP8 and the INT8 and they both have same filename - but are different file sizes with different hash, so they are two different files.
@altoiddealer Understood, thanks for that !
How do i keep this from putting so much focus and detail on the mouth? i'm using i2v with anime images and the mouth will just start moving randomly like the character is talking and then worse it starts generating detailed realistic lips on the anime faces.
I never faced that problem, actually I don't think this is a checkpoint issue
Guys Out of all Version which version is best for wan 2.2 i2v and SVI 2.0 for 16gb vram and 32gb system ram i m confused because its not always newer is better and what is better for precision FP8 or INT 8????? Help me for selection,,,....
