This LECO (trigger word "cyber") adds cybernetics to all of your generations. It's tuned so that locations and architecture work well with the weight set to 1. For people and animals, set it to 1.5 or 2.0 depending on how dramatic you want the effect to be.

Are there any plans to make similar cyber / mecha loras for SD 1.5? Or is it full on SDXL from now on?
Wish it would be possible for those older lora mixes from pure 1.5 era.
