This is beautiful for making images of pretty girls. But it really really struggles with transgender women.
Judging by all the preview images it's purpose is to make pictures of pretty girls - which it does excellently. I find Illustrij works well for your stated purposes, but honestly 1% or less of my renders are transgender so I am not an authority.
I guess, you are refering to Futanari? If so, here is something to get you started:
