Krea 2 V1.3D:
Alright, alright. I figured out a way to greatly restore texture back. It wasn't more training or different settings, and that's all I'm going to say about it. I deserve to have some trade secrets, no? I made it version 1.3D because the D stands for detail. It was actually try F, as in I was totally...frustrated...with how many lengthy tries it took.
Anyways, I had versions that took it further but it tended to have more broken anatomy. So, the same rules still apply if you want something to look like a photo:
Be sure to mention that it's a photo/photograph in the prompt. Do NOT use "photorealistic" or any other term that doesn't actually mean a photo. Krea 2 was trained on a ton of artwork so using any of those types of terms will yeet it back to bad texture.
Some rare prompts might still want to go over to the anime-side, but I still have the photo slider directly on SNOFS Krea. Simply set it to somewhere around .5-2 on the strength and you're probably golden. This was trained on SNOFS 1.2 so I'll be putting out an updated version at some point:

The idea for the two-stage sampler that you can generate without the turbo lora for the first bit, which helps with variation and prompt adherence, and then bump to a second stage with the turbo lora to keep things fast. For the three-stage variation, you can then bump back to doing it without the turbo lora for the last bit if you want to use a negative prompt. You can also generate at a lower resolution to start and then bump it up.

Additional training. Some of the training was done using https://github.com/BuffaloBuffaloBuffaloBuffalo/ai-toolkit-perceptual , training against depth. Considering how much of SNOFS is two people intermingled with close skin colors, it seemed like a novel idea. It did seem to rapidly help with that sort of thing. On the downside, it seemed to create a bit of a texture issue on very close up images. I did some more training after to try to bring that back and was somewhat successful, but I think I'd need to increase the weight decay to really make that happen. Since everything else was in a good state I decided to release as-is. If you do have that texture issue, try adding "goosebumps" as a negative prompt.
Flux 2 Klein 9b V1.2:
More training - anal still doesn't work super reliably. Added images with terms like 'condom-wrapped penis,' 'boudoir' and 'anilingus' (again, doesn't work super great yet).
Flux 2 Klein 9b V1.1:
Additional training means far less body horror, even on the distilled version (but, you know, still some there). When using the distilled version of the model try playing around with more steps, adding a little cfg, etc.
Flux 2 Klein 9b V1:
Flux 2 Klein's awesome VAE means it picks up fine details incredibly well. While it still needs more training, I have some other stuff to train in the meantime so I thought it was worth it to push this out now as it can do some things incredibly well. Expect some body horror, especially if you use it with the distilled version of the model for text-to-image. I found that perhaps using more steps than 4 was helpful with the distilled version, but I also didn't try it much. Using this with the base model has far less anatomy issues. I expect them both to improve further with more training.
Right now, for text-to-image I recommend the base model. For editing, I recommend the distilled model. Note that SNOFS wasn't specifically trained on any image pairs for editing.
Training details (skip to the version 1.3 details below if you just want to know what this model can at least somewhat do right now):
I trained this as a factor 4 lokr using AI Toolkit this time. I used AI-Toolkit because when I started the training the other options had issues with their lycoris output and ComfyUI.
I think my starting learning rate was way too high at 1e-4 with an effective batch size of 4-6 or so. I quickly decreased it but it was perhaps still too high starting at 5e-5. I'm running a different training run at 1e-5 right now and it's still learning quite quickly. I might try to further train this at a very low LR and see what happens instead of starting fresh. Note: this is probably largely because of my large lokr size. I wanted to ensure I had "room" for all of the concepts but it can make things spicy.
I think the main issue people are coming into with training both this and Z-Image are what timesteps you train on. This was mostly trained on a high shift value of 3-5 as in inference Flux 2 Klein stays above the 800 timestep mark for most of the generation and maybe does 1 step out of 50 at below 200. I found I needed to test as I went and see where the generations went wrong and try to adjust on the fly.
Version 1.3:
Further training to further refine things. This might be the last version; I wasn't really making this for myself and I'm guessing the community wants me to make something for Z-Image. I'll at least try that out once the base model is out.
Note that the list is not exhaustive at all. It was trained on natural language (and that's how you should prompt!), so many concepts are in there.
Version 1.2:
Further training, expanded the dataset even more.
Also, I see a lot of people mixing this with other NSFW general loras. I'd recommend you try it by itself first.
Note: While you can use the lightning lora with this, keep in mind it won't lead to the best results. It's great for testing prompts, but it tends to mess with anatomy, smooth out texture, and lead to less variation on the same prompt.
Version 1:
This past weekend I was gone. I decided to let my 5090 chug along making a lokr for Qwen on ~5,000 hand fixed captions on sex, nudes, and other fun stuff of hand picked images with hand removed watermarks. I wasn't expecting it to get so good so quickly, so I did a few more night's worth of training. I'll do some additional training at some point here but it's already good enough to play around with.
It can do basic sex positions, blowjobs, cum, selfies, dildos, snapchat selfies with captions, etc. Female genitals are still a bit hit and miss, male genitals aren't bad. With it being a lokr and it being trained on so many images it's wildly flexible and can be used with perfect likeness of other loras.
Note that sometimes it'll do the wrong sex position even if you name it, and I'm unsure why as the captions have no errors. It will perhaps clear up a bit with more training.
I used Musubi Tuner and it was a heck of time getting it to train a lokr. I had to use another lycoris library for it (which is somewhere in the issues on the github page, IIRC), but it's possible the main one has Qwen support by now. Here are my training settings, though note that I reduced my LR over time and I also started with sigmoid timestep sampling. I was training at 640x640 and 1328x1328 buckets:

A few requests for the next version:
Innie vagina (can kinda do bald already, but not full innie, at least not from all angles. Also innie should be with smooth skin of the same color as the body, not darkened/wrinkly)
Flaccid penis (+ uncut)
Wet area on clothes (you list wet clothes but it doesn't really work outside being fully drenched. I'd like wet/damp spots rather than fully drenched. In many cases it looks like the clothes are covered in colored slime or paint, rather than being soaked with water)
Sometimes it gives a digital art style rather than photorealistic when asking for a photo
The Krea2 workflow is quite good. The only real negative I've noticed is outputs tend to be more "CGI/anime" when in a portrait orientation. edit: user error, it's cause my one test workflow that was in portrait also wasn't applying noise at the right schedule, resulting in a much smoother output, and the model reacted by making the output anime. Such a powerful model lol, obviously so for my little brain

@Seki707 just copy the OP's workflow (copy nodes when viewing one of the images and ctrl+V when focused on comfyui). I changed the steps in each sampler a few (the first to 36/0/6, the second to 20/6/999), and decreased the turbo lora on the second sampler from 1 to 0.8. You'll know the turbo lora is impacting your outputs if the color changes from the first sampler to the next. Your biggest impacts however may be the prompt. Make sure to reduce negatives, and to minimize quality references unless it's specific. The easiest way to remove the art effect is simply "raw amateur candid photograph of".

@dxjaymz Using anime-based negatives can increase the anime style. Also, using vague words like "cinematic, atmospheric, dramatic" can increase the anime style. Words like "crisp, unedited" seem to catch it too.
this lora is very versatile, you can use it at 0.8 and can do both nsfw and sfw and it adds more realism to krea2 outputs, better than the realism loras out there that ruin the prompt adherence.
I noticed this too, output looks better regardless content, also it corrects prompt adherence in positive way.

@Ashen3 Thanks for the reply. I was just realizing you use it the r256 for the second/turbo pass and the rank64_bf16 for the normal pass on 1/4 strength. Therefor I thought there might be a different (important) training approach in the two models.

Thank you for the recent Krea2 and IdeogramV4 versions. Already really good. These new open weight models seem to allow for a new level of quality and ease. Nearly too easy now to get the desired results... ;-) (PS: The idea of working with the raw model of Krea2 and the Turbo lora is also really good.)

the example workflow is with raw, they just have a turbo lora on the second sampler to reduce the step count. You can turn off the turbo lora and increase the step count to 30-50 and see similar, probably better, results.

It's truly a god-tier LORA. Honestly, before I figured this out, I mixed it with other similar LORA, and eventually found that using it alone works best. Its natural language support is astonishing. Of course, I also used some other LORA, because I started changing my mind. At first, I wanted to do everything with a single workflow and fixed LORA, but later I found that different LORA can generate different styles of photos. And among all the LORAs I've used, NSFW has the highest degree of freedom. Thank you!

Does anyone know the secret to getting nipples to NOT show when covered by clothes?
generally using the word "nipple" is the issue. finding other words like "pokies" or not referencing "breasts" at all. Generally I use terms like "appropriately covered" if I'm getting really annoyed

@pogo Lowering the strength to 0.5 can also help, or at least lowering it to a point where the nipples won't force itself through. It's also worth seeing if the base model itself is placing the nipples, as I'm pretty sure it can. I'd just keep talking about the shirt and the top, it almost always gets me at least some good results. Otherwise the options are using masked inpaints in other models to simply remove the nipple.
Try less explicit words, like 'bust' or 'cleavage'. Also, reinforce that the person is clothed. I often do 'large bust fully covered by her top'. Seems to help a bit.
Krea 2 v.1 is very messed up. It forces style just by the fact of activation, that is almost impossible to fix with a prompt. For example it makes monochrome images even if you explicitly prompt to make colored ones. At least it happens with some draw style images, not realistic photos

Increasing the turbo lora strength was my easiest fix, but if you're using the two-step workflow, make sure the samplers have better "steps, start_at, end_at" settings. @vamorand The base, however that didn't reduce the amount of anime I was getting, but it did improve my overall results. And this turbo lora: https://civitai.com/models/2727641/krea-2-turbo-lora-256dim. The actual turbo checkpoint probably doesn't need another turbo lora. The whole point is to just direct the raw model towards outputs that the turbo would produce anyway.
@makiaeveli, I'm using turbo base model already and getting weird results on small prompts. Everything tends to be of some monochrome traditional japanese ink draw style. It can be suppressed if you try hard enough, but that still means that lora messes with the result much more than it should.
I just need a good nsfw unlocker while preserve amazing krea 2 capabilities. I tried other options like 2 comfyui nodes, but they are lobotomize the model too much. Waiting for other options I guess
@vamorand any time i get it now it's just my prompt. adding in some variance of "amateur candid photograph" tends to give better results. if you're using tags instead of sentences, that could bias it towards anime
Somehow using the Krea2 V1, everything turns into anime on high steps amount, the effect is still visible on lower steps, but less so. I've understood the description as: reduces anime likeness, no?

@makiaeveli are you certain about those settings..? 36 steps total on the first with and then 20 on the second with the turbo just gives me latent noise :D
@bewunderteradler112 the point of the 36 is to make it only 6/36, so it aims to have a noisy image in the first step. The second one should pick up where it left off, aiming to finish in 14 steps. So 20 steps in total. The point of the first stage is to have a noisy unfinished image to pass on to the "real" finisher, to give it a more random starting off point each time.
@makiaeveli do you change samplers or scheduler in between? I want to try to replicate that flow.
@bewunderteradler112 it's just the OP's comfy workflow with slightly changed steps. Really all I'm adding is the extra 2 to 4 steps in each sampler, and reduced the turbo lora from 1.0 to 0.8. Essentially extra steps to mitigate the lowered strength of the turbo lora. The easiest change is simply adding "a raw candid photograph of" to your prompt and removing any other quality references. The negative should also not have any references to drawings or anime, especially since we added the extra steps to the first sampler with the 4.0 cfg. (to clarify though, just these extra steps were enough to bump some of my prompts into realism, but more stubborn ones needed the prompt buff. It's likely because of the turbo lora's effect, so reducing it and "stepping it out" seems to reduce the effect). (to further clarify: you could try using different samplers at each step, that is a common Z-img inference strategy: use the expensive sampler ala res-2s in the first, quick, noisy result, then use the cheap sampler ala euler in the sampler that should resolve eventually).

@bewunderteradler112 If you don't want to do the math to "balance" the steps you can just disable "return with leftover noise" on the first sampler and turn on "add noise" to the second sampler.
I have this issue, but to an extreme, using the default ComfyUI workflow. Without the Lora, I get a character that respects my prompt: a photo of a woman in her 30s. With the Lora I get a weird mix of 3D anime/cartoon (a mix of both) render, and she looks extremely young, like "teens" young. This is not the only 18+ Lora that does this, btw, but it is the worst one. It's a great Lora (way better than the filter removal one) when it works, but this quirk is real and weird.
@MrCylion I was getting this with the Turbo base model, especially when I was using short prompts, or tag-based prompts, and oddly even at Portrait resolution but not Photo resolution.
Swapping to the raw base model removed the differences between the resolutions, but slightly increasing my steps in each sampler fixed a few of the longer prompts. Keeping the turbo at 1.0 instead of 0.8 fixed a few others. I also found that referencing "anime, cgi, 3d", etc in my negative prompt also created the drawing style (from Danrisi: "cinematic, glossy finish, shallow depth of field, cinematic bokeh, uncanny anatomy, frame-perfect symmetry, blurred background, fat, big lips, thic lips").
But fully updating prompts of the shorter ones, even with the "photo-based" negatives, fixed it almost entirely. I only get anime stylings rarely now, and fix it on those particular prompts by either turning on photo style lora (like lenovo or garlands or vanguards, at 0.8 strength), or fleshing out a prompt to make it more realistic (at the least: "candid amateur raw photograph of... Natural lighting, candid amateur perspective.").
I think since the model essentially has all the anime support out of the box, you really need to push it with loras and your prompt to keep it from popping up.

@Ashen3 please do it, this will be super useful to use with INT8 ConvRot quantizations which are becoming very popular now that ComfyUI has added native support, but large LoRAs may impact generation time due to the on-the-fly merge.
@Nexdoor it would probably be safer to have it all in one repo, but it's quite likely these scripts can just run inside your comfy directory with no extra install, at least that's how I'd normally cast other models down

Good first edition but it messes with faces.
faces feel like an impossible task to keep unaltered unless the model trains none at all -- which would similarly be difficult to convey all the topics. Even using the raw model, we can tell it knows characters for example, but the answer is having a separate small character lora to guide the characters back to where they should be, you could even alter the noise schedule to come in near the end with a much lower strength of snofs + a higher strength of the character lora.
You can use weights to override it if you want a particular face that you can generate without it experiment with adding (central eurorean face:2.0) or however you describe the face normally (description:[number from 0.1 to 2.0]). Also keep the weight down sub .8 (I usually run at 0.7) for SNOFS. But otherwise it's actually really good. Also try adjusting eye positions (it seems to change the entire face shape), eg Eyes half open.
Do we have any example prompts for the qwen, girl on girl action? I cant seem to get much of anything myself. Thanks!
Thanks for this two-pass idea! I think the results are just as good with only 15 steps:
Pass 1
- raw model, no turbo lora, cfg=3
- steps=28, start_at=0, end_at=2
Pass 2
- raw model, turbo strength=1, cfg=1
- steps=14, start_at=1, end_at=14

hm... I used the workflow from your third krea 2 image, but my generations looks pretty shitty all the time. The whole image is just a broken mess. Any Ideas why that happens?
okay, the lora power loeader doesn't throw errors if the loras aren't present ;P
@WhatTheGuy make sure everything is updated, I haven't see any lora load errors. I found steadily increasing the step count of the second sampler until it finds a good outcome, I've increased to 26-36 steps for most of my gens

SNOFs is all that's keeping my Krea workflows afloat rn, so many of my prompts completely fall apart without it. Realism Engine catches some of these extreme edge cases. The F2K versions didn't like cowgirl sex, the Krea version seems to not like blowjobs. Still crushes though lol.

I’m not sure why, the images generated from text always have a very anime-like style—especially the faces—even though I’ve already added "anime" to the negative prompt. Maybe it’s an issue with the prompt itself?
Krea is like that. You should have KJNodes with upgrade and add 'Krea2 Prompt Weight' then with it add (anime:-1) and finally got all realistic prompts.
don't add "anime" to the negative prompt lol. You're essentially triggering it to think of anime. Instead, make sure your prompts are in natural language, or at the least have a sentence at the beginning with "raw amateur candid photograph of". You could also try "professional photograph taken with [insert real details here]". Use negatives that are more photo-based, like Danrisi's "cinematic, glossy finish, shallow depth of field, cinematic bokeh, uncanny anatomy, frame-perfect symmetry, blurred background, fat, big lips, thic lips,"
If you mention just one "anime" negative, now you have to specify all of them. It's much easier to just say none of them. That goes for the positive as well. Most of my prompts that turn "artistic" have vague descriptions like "atmospheric" or "cinematic", are often just tags or comma-separated phrases instead of sentences. Just clean up the prompts and they work.
