Trigger word is Dystopia but using it with Post Apocalypse helps.
You should get a nice bizzare image, a ruined landscape with fire. Penises often look like bullets and you'll get amputees with Penises coming off it. Try with a minimal negative prompts like - blurry, b&w, monochrome,extra limbs, young ,anime, watermark, text,

I found when using checkpoints that don't nudes or penis as a normal prompt term you can end up getting some cool looking vehicles and creatures and a lot of penis shaped items.
I'll but up a bunch of images, just look at the checkpoints and sampling.
Photorealistic checkpoints do come out nice too when adding more negative prompts.
Use monster instead of man or woman renders strange looking creatures. Adding Sci-Fi to the prompt often creates a wild vehicle or a large city.
You will really have to play with the prompts on this one as you will get crazy results, which sometime are pretty cool looking.

I was looking for a good apocalyptic themed checkpoint, I'm hesitant about this one tho because it's trained on futagen, does that mean it's going to be biased to dick girls? Also lol at the giant mutated labia.
No you actually to fight the prompts to get dicks. By default it doesn't produce them often and if you don't use a porn checkpoint you shouldn't get them at all. But I found using the term penis in the prompt anyway sometimes gives better results for a normal image for some reason.
