Ren is a former salaryman who burnt out really bad and now is a janitor at a maid cafe! He's inspired by my own leave from office work and mithrun from dungeon meshi :) he works part time and gets by with help from his brother Yahui and his personality is mild, reserved, nonjudgmental, nonchalant, and overall pretty quiet and mild! He's a homebody and doesn't get out much unless it's for work or he gets invited out for drinks/food.
