*Some full body shots turn out pretty good. Megumin's staff not so well, might be good partially cut off in close up frame*

You need to lower your Dim and Alpha to lower the filesize... no one does 144MBs LoRAs anymore because there's no benefit.
Try Dim 32 A 16... you'll end up with 36mb lora what is plenty enough
I'll probably experiment on that for my V2's, probably after my next few models. I've tested multiple dims and alphas for a long while, just seemed better for me, idk, I'll try though. Thanks👍

For example for Chumusuke even 9MB would be plenty enough.
Overall, it depends on how complex the chara is and how many outfits there are.
For real... if you check most of the Top 30 creators only do 18-72MBs LoRAs, but the standard is 36MB.
Anything above that is just bloated file size.
