替换了旧训练集里质量不高的图片，加了很多新的姿势，现在可以解锁更多的姿势了。

新版可以使用chilloutmix了，权重0.7-0.9。

Replaced the poor quality images in the old training set, added a lot of new poses, and now you can unlock more poses.

权重在0.7左右。

先使用shimohirareika，再加上shimohirareika2D/shimohirareika3D来选择2D版还是剧场版模型，紧身衣加上bodysuit，需要手办装的话用underboob/sideboob（可以去掉bodysuit）。

记住：不要用三次元模型+shimohirareika3D来使用，否则会严重失真，想生成3D的话，我觉得anything4.5或者abyssorangemix35MilkCowGirl效果还不错。

适度修脸+放大有助于图片质量。

Do not use a realistic model with shimohirareika3D。
