@Kevin666666 I've downloaded the Lora directly from civitai. your other Lora works perfectly. already tried re downloading.

This happens if file downloaded by you with errors (corrupted file)
OR if LORA owner uploaded with errors (communication error on CIVITAI infrastructure)
OR LORA owner was uploading initially corrupted file
