I'm not sure if this particular act has a name, but it's when the lady uses her hand and her mouth simultaneously.

This lora works well by itself at strength 1 even without the general NSFW lora, and it works even if the lady doesn't have her hand on the phallus initially. Both POV and side/third person view are supported.

It's better for live-action than anime since animated fingers tend to get a bit blurry, but upscaling can do a good job at fixing it.

I tried a few different training settings to maybe reduce the filesize, but the 500MB versions were significantly better than the 250MB ones.

I havent tried this lora, but based on my experience with many other similar loras, yes it will do it. Just prompt it. Like:
"Man enters the frame from the side, she moves closer to his erect penis"
"An erect penis moves into the scene from the bottom, she moves closer to the penis and then..."

By "subject" do you mean the penis, or the lady, or the man? All of the training data was uncensored, so if something is "blurred" it's probably an issue with your generation workflow.

@TwoMoreLurker ive used sdxl and flux for about an year for image gen on forge and i had quite good results but every time i see a tutorial on comfy i get more confused cause every one uses different methods. just trying to understand how can u achieve something so good in comfy because im playing around with different workflows (not just nsfw) but i always get something odd most of times.sometimes it works and the result is good movement wise the quality is really poor or blurred.when the quality is good most of times i get random stuff. i simply dont know where to start.

Download the Lightning version. All of the models I used are linked in the article. If you try to run it and there are errors that say "sageattention", just delete the nodes with sageattention in the title and you should be good to go.

Not really, it's a one-trick-pony so it should know what to do without a trigger word if your prompt is specific enough (e.g. "She is giving him a blowjob, while simultaneously giving a handjob").
