Simple prompt

@K3NK I did not try changing seeds, but does the lora work without a penis in the start frame? its either no body just a flying penis or its no cliping through the back of the characters head and out the moth

changing seeds will help a lot, since some seeds can be cursed.. is just a random thing ..

the penis showing on the woman's back i had those sometimes, using different seed can still produce it, but it will eventually give you a nice scene without that no-clip thingy..

and yes, can and will produce a penis out of thin air, im also training a bbc one, but you will have to prompt correctly.. check the "out of the blue" example prompt in the description..

I found this solution from another user. Worked for me. Though my gens never go as deep as in the videos I see here. Huge members...just the tip...

"I finally got it to work. If you're a noob like me, you might be using the WAN template that comes with ComfyUI by default.

You just need to replace LightX2V with this Lora. Set the shift values to 8. Use 24 steps and a CFG of 3.5 for each sampler. For the first ksample: start at step 0 end at step 10. For the second: start at step 10, end at step 10000.

With these values, I finally got a good result. If you have any advice or better suggestions, I'd love to hear them."

I'm using this V3 workflow with SVI. https://civitai.com/models/2203691?modelVersionId=2638236 I'm using the GGUF Q8_0 model with the Lightning fp16 all set as a strength of 1. I can't seem to figure out why this Lora isn't being activated for me when using that workflow.

@K3NK The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with the SVI workflow I'm using. I have been able to somewhat get it to work today by being very specific with the prompt, but the motions seem to be a little slow. I use the High/Low GGUF 14B_Q8_0 model, 2.1_vae_fp32, umt5_xxl_fp16 or umt5-xxl-encoder-Q8_0 encoders. I'm on a Ryzen 9 7950x with 64GB RAM and Taichi RX 7900 XTX 24GB VRAM. I'm fairly new to working with AI and I plan on replacing my GPU with an RTX 5090 really soon and adding another 64GB of RAM.

@1a2bvcxz might be too much for your system to load, and it's bogging down trying to load it all into memory. i'm definitely not an expert but have you tried using GGUF wan checkpoints?

i'm also using kjnodes Vae loader so I can control the precision on that too.

the gguf format ckpts are sorta distilled and use less system resources.

they'll have numbers like wan2.2_i2v_high_noise_14B_Q5_xxxxxx

or 14B_Q8_xxxx

the higher that number after the Q the more precise it is, but the more resources it uses.

if you can't get a workflow to run try downloading a Node set called comfyui-gguf

and replace your checkpoint loaders in the workflow with high and low gguf "unet loader" nodes. then get a high/low pair of gguf files in your comfyui/diffusion models folder. load those gguf files into your unet nodes instead of other wan2.2 checkpoints and try it.

then experiment with getting the biggest gguf ckpts that your system will run but do a good job.

I was having all kinds of issues until I got some Q5 gguf checkpoints running in unet loaders and they do a great job and throw less errors than the other 2.2 checkpoints i was trying to use
