2.2 I2V 14B Model
👆Two models: High and Low - You need both - Use both at 1.0
A sample workflow is included in the 'training data' download
guise. the sample workflow is 4+ months old. things change. go find a different one. this model page is for a model, not a workflow😮💨
First attempt at Wan 2.2, the training data focused more on 'toejobs' as opposed to my 2.1 footjob lora that focused more on 'archjobs.'
However, 'archjob' data was present, and if the feet are already in an 'archjob' position, they will likely remain there and just move up and down.
Doesn't work super well for shoejobs right now but you know I'll be adding more data for that in the next version 😏 I now also have a dedicated shoejob lora.
footjob. the woman's feet move up and down. her toes surround his penis. the woman is performing a footjob.Description

my hero
You're the best!!
You are amazing :)))
Any plans for a text to video version?
can you make one for pov handjob too? please?
I'm not sure why, but adding this LoRA seems to slow and/or reduce overall motion in workflows that were otherwise producing good results.
The example videos show relatively quiet movement, so maybe my results are to be expected? Yet, in the gallery videos, there are some that showcase pretty fast and/or large movement—how?
are you using light loras? If so, I think light loras in general reduce movement
try running the high noise sampler for a little longer. For example, if you have 12 denoising steps you might already have your high noise sampler set to end at step 6, and the low noise sampler to pick up at 6 and go to 12. Instead, have your high noise sampler end at step 8, and have your low noise sampler pick up at step 8 and go to 12. See if that helps at all. It might make it a little harder to get a stable image. If it does try increasing the Shift value on your lora's ModelSampling node
Not sure if it's Wan 2.2 or the new version, but this one is way, way more reliable for me. Great job!
Would be interested to know what your captioning strategy is for Wan training. Most of the resources I've found for it seem like AI slop without experience.
I am trying to use your workflow but for the power loader loras it seems to have disconnected the clip lines.
Do you know what it should be connected to?
Sorted it, no worries :)
@Irfantor12 👍 Also just FYI, they don't need to be connected- This lora is UNet only, no TE weights were trained, so nothing for the lora to patch on CLIP. Connecting them doesn't hurt, it just doesn't make any difference either. So far I haven't seen any Wan loras with TE weights.
Does it work if there are feet in the picture? I keep getting weird motions and feet don't come out. In my picture, it's just have face
New to all this, I loaded up your workflow and tested it but the video that came out for me is a few frames of my static image, and then it cuts to some animated floating green circles, any idea what is causing this?

try reducing the target size and length. set target size to like 600 and length to 48 and see if that works. then gradually increase till it breaks again. that workflow was tested on a 5090 so should run on that or any of the cloud services. other gpus 🤷♀️
@icelouse thanks for the reply, i'm using a 4090...so will try dropping those numbers
@nikkatofly2612 👍you can definitely get good results with a 4090. in my experience with the 4090, which i was using until recently, target size = 800 and length(frames) = 112 were my magic numbers and about the max for reliable outputs, above that things can get funky like you saw. I didn't specifically test this lora on the 4090 though. there are a lot of other variables that can affect it too, depends on your system and setup. but what you described sounds like what i experience when pushing length or res too high.
@icelouse thanks for the help, does comfyui not complain if lora is not found? I think I found the issue. When I loaded your workflow, it had the lora's in the power loader node filled out already, i accidentally removed it and realized i couldn't add it back because they were in the wrong directory. I have moved them to correct folder, restarted, and able to add the lora's back into power loader and videos are coming out smoothly now.
I do have a follow up question similar to another user's comment. the "motion" seems slow, I tried adding things in the prompt like "in a very fast motion" "feet move up and down fast" but doesn't seem to affect the outpout. I was trying to understand one of the replies in that comment about trying to run the high noise sampler longer, but wasn't really following. They also mentioned that the reduced/slower movement could be due to light lora, could I just try disabling that and only enabling the footjob loras?
@nikkatofly2612 ah yes you got it. it will not complain if the lora is not found, it'll just proceed without it.
For the "slomo" thing, I don't have a definitive answer for this, a lot of folks are saying it is the lightning lora, but for that particular workflow you dont want to just disable it because there are other settings related to it in the KSampler nodes. Check out some of the other comfy workflows for "Wan 2.2 I2V with Lora," they'll have the parameters all set up already and you can just add the footjob lora back in. (that's easier than me trying to explain which all settings to change 😆)
@icelouse thank you again, and sorry last question, do I need both lightning (low and high) loras enabled? I noticed in the workflow the high was disabled.
@nikkatofly2612 for that workflow- leave high disabled. Might want to check out some other example workflows for the lightning loras, to see how they have the high vs low ksampler settings. You'll start to see how they interact and when high hands off to low (total steps and what step to hand off, overlap, etc). Personally I always end up going back to this workflow with the low lightning only, but it's worth checking out how some of the others are set up. The MoE thing was new to Wan 2.2 and has only been out a couple months now, I don't follow the community closely enough to know if we've settled on a 'best practice' yet.
one of the best lora ever seen 🙏
Uploader should only include a working workflow, not whatever this jank is. Had to completely rebuild.
big time skill issue

is there a lora that allows for cutting to a new scene like on pornmaker.ai ?
excellent lora, i'm using it for 100% of my footjob animations.
how to fix slowmotion?
