G'raha Tia at your service!
It took over $200, 94 attempts, a month and a half to train, and caused me pain in my left eye. It is not too great with full body shots. In the end I am happy with it. It was worth it.

Hey this is fantastic. Can you share any gotcha's or things you learned during the lora creation? I want to make some FFXIV Loras and could use some guidance on dataset prep and whatever else
I use different settings to train now. With that said, this was the hardest lora I have made to date. It took me months of training and testing to finally achieve results I was satisfied with.
As always, the dataset is really important. In G'raha's case all my issues related to his necklace. It was not a consistent design across art and I had to watch out for that. With his Crystal Exarch outfit as well, some people used varying lengths for the different cloth materials (red, black, white). Trying to get everything consistent, editing what I could, was the hardest part about this. After this model I did start using blender more. I do encourage you to get a blender model of whatever character you want to do so you can get varied shots or more focused ones, or try using the xiv tools available to get in game screenshots of the character to help build a dataset.
In general you will have a harder time with male characters. There is not much art out there for them. I did use a lot of the official art as well as some of the card art from the MTG crossover. It will probably much easier if you focus on female characters.
