Same problem here. I put the file in Lora folder and it is not shown.
It is a SDXL lora. Only works on SDXL checkpoint model.

This is so old Liquid Television stuff, masterpiece! I would love to have styles based on Aeon Flux and Old Beavis and Butthead cartoons, this one would help get to that
