Flux Krea is indeed very promising, I was impressed with it's results and decided to create my first post here on Civit.
The workflow is simple and hopefully easy to use.
It uses a second pass to add detail and a final upscale to bring it up to 2K with finer details.
I took some bits from my current workflow to create this.
The used settings seem to work best.
The Upscale uses Turbo for a faster upscale and seems to not have noticeable changes to not using it.
There's an extra prompt at the upscaler concatenated to the initial prompt to add specific instructions to the upscaler.
First pass takes about 60 seconds on a RTX 4060 TI with 16GB VRAM
You can change the weight_dtype to fast for faster generations.
The upscale uses a technique I have been using for a long time and produces great results, happy to share ☺️
You can use keyboard keys to quickly navigate the workflow!

1 - Models
2 - Prompt
3 - First Pass
4 - Second Pass
5 - Upscale
6 - Save

hi its amazing , i change the loader diffuser to GGUF loader and use Q8 with rtx 3060 12gb i make with 100sec to the first step , and 226.54 seconds to complete all group and 2K image final
Glad you made it work, it takes time but is so worth it.
I'd love to chat with you about the "2 pass" process. I'm working on building a similar WF and was curious about how it worked. Also, what sorts of things did you find in your testing of different processes and what do you think the biggest benefit is vs just doing a single pass.
The second pass initially came up as a hi-res fix but quickly noticed that would be more beneficial to not use a latent upscale so that the upscaler could do more and better work at the end. You can see what is does by comparing, it sharpens the image just a bit adding a smudge of realism.
@mad_pony_interactive941 So I've taken what you built and really ran with it. I've done a ton of micro adjustments and modifications that I think you might dig. I'm certain that most of it is either wrong or fairly off, being that I'm just now diving deeper into all the things Comfy can do, but I'd be interested in having you take a look if you'd like.
@grifflicious907 At the moment I am deep diving into Chroma so I stopped using this workflow, I hope your modifications have helped you achieve better results though. 👍
@mad_pony_interactive941 What's your thoughts on Chroma thus far? I tried it for a day or two, wasn't impressed, and haven't tried it again.
@grifflicious907 The version I got best results from was Chroma1-HD-dc-super-mix. It is very temperamental, only some resolutions work well and a lot of seeds give bad results but with patience and trial and error you can get the best skin detail I have ever seen in a AI model.
@null If you don't mind, I'd love to watch it...)
Doesn't work. Fails on step "1 Models"
