Same here with Forge. If I don't add the vae, clip and txxx5 in the mix, I get an error. When I add it I get the green pattern, not had a black screen. According to the description, vae and clip are supposed to be included and the normal FP8 Krea works in Forge. So I don't know what the issue is. Would be good to get just a straight FP8 version at some point.
I haven't got it to work in Comfy yet either.

Shopon_Skp Thanks for sharing the model without vae/clip, it will be very useful for everyone. In the meantime I solved the problem, for anyone who doesn't work it seems that just updating Forge to the latest version is enough.

I haven't tried this model, fp8 works on rtx3060

Shopon_Skp Thanks for the new model, it's working in Forge and Comfy now. Just got to figure out the right settings for people loras as everything is messed up with them. Works great without though. Much appreciated.
