Skuddbutt has a distinct 3d art style.
Tell-tale games' style is pretty unique and fairly consistent across games.
I don't know if it'd be useable, but you can find images from Koikatsu and Illusion's other 3d-anime games in various thematic styles, that could work.
Thanks for the ideas!
Skuddbutt and Tell-tale are good ideas! I will definitely try them!
I really like the shading on Koikatsu models I'm working on the dataset right now.
@CitronLegacy Hope they work out!
@CitronLegacy I had a brainblast and realized you can look on 3d model sharing/selling sites for artists that have interesting styles or characters that might have a lack of images from certain angles. Maybe you could use those rotatable models they upload to gather data for loras or your render checkpoint? I've not trained anything so I don't know if being able to get multiple angles of the same character helps with image generation.
@sliptrick That's a good idea!! Thank!
Yes multiple angles is definitely helpful for character Lora training. I've used 3D models to train a few characters but never thought to look for an Art Style this way.
The best part about this even if the model is expensive some 3D model websites let you rotate the model to preview it before paying.
Please let me know if you think of any other artists or ideas.
