A LoRA model designed to convert any urban, natural, or architectural scene into a realistic post-apocalyptic version of itself — while preserving the original camera angle, composition, and proportions.
Base prompt:
"remove people, Transform the scene into a P0stAp0calyptic scene while preserving the original composition, proportions and viewing angle. damaged building."
You can enrich the prompt with more precise elements to match your creative intent:
"a damaged and rusty modern SUV car is on the floor""bridge totally collapsed","radioactive atmosphere","sunrise","dry cracked ground""abandoned building, no glass, no roof""savage vegetation invading the place"
The model shifts lighting and tones toward ochre, green, or dusty desaturation. It introduces decay, destruction, and nature reclaiming space — with broken structures, rust, mud, or debris.
It performs particularly well on modern environments like streets, rooftops, malls, parks, waterparks, etc.
Training was done over 2500 steps, locally using AI-Toolkit, on a custom dataset of 20 couples of images.
✦ Best suited for:
Creating believable post-disaster environments.
Reimagining public spaces as ruins or abandoned zones.
Generating visuals for video games, dystopian fiction, or concept art.

Looks amazing.Thanks
You're welcome!
fun idea AND comparison shots including metadata, this is how kontext loras should be uploaded. great work. id love a version where people arent removed but turned into skeletons/leftovers D:
I think we could ask it in the prompt ? I'll try tomorrow. Must be something like "turn people to skeletons" or something like that.
it works !
you have "remove people" in your triggerwords, does it work without that then?
m4rcus Sometimes, people stick around. That's why I get rid of them right from the start.
This is phenomenal and beautiful.
Thanks!!
excellent examples
This is so awesome! Giving me lots of ideas to then animate in Wan!

This LoRA and example are great.
I think it would be more realistic and amazing if there was a version where the brightness doesn't dim. Is that possible?
Thanks for your feedback. This was totally deliberate, to reinforce the melancholy aspect. But I think you have to be able to play with the prompt on this parameter, like: don't change the weather, full day with full sun, etc....
A very profound work that has enabled me to appreciate the potential of digital art.
