Ulku is a side character from the game Phantasy Star Online 2. Always liked her design. Even more for her first outfit. More PSO2 characters are coming.
She comes with two outfits, One is her Episode 2 jumpsuit outfit. The clearly superior one in my opinion. Then there is her later outfit, Arks Admiral outfit.
