A LoRA model designed to transform any image into a claymation-style character or scene, with a look reminiscent of stop-motion classics like Wallace & Gromit, Chicken Run, or Robot Chicken.

This LoRA creates exaggerated facial features, slightly rough plasticine-like textures, handmade-looking environments, and soft lighting — evoking miniature film sets shot frame by frame. Poses are generally preserved, and colors shift toward matte, slightly desaturated tones.

Training was done over 2800 steps on a local machine using AI-Toolkit, with a custom dataset of 25 images.
