First time posting anything on Civitai.
made this workflow to generate sprite sheets of custom character for RPGmaker.
The output image generally needs to be tweaked to word but most of the work should be already done :)
Outputs a 3x4 grid with a walking character downscaled to be used directly into your RPGMaker resources.
Primarily tested on female character but is capable of male too (see pictures).
For better male generation, i would recommand downloading of the internet a basic sprite sheet to replace my inpainting and controlnet images.

Looks extremely promising~!
Been looking for something like this for a while (hard to find time to tinker myself, so this is a HECKUVA good starting point.) Currently I am having trouble getting comfyUI to grab "PixelArtNode" and "LoraStackLoader_PoP"
EDIT: Fixed! My ComfyManager left the setting at "nightly" when I needed to change it to "latest" to get it to behave. Grabbing the ControlNet tensor now~
Thanks again! 🥳🤩🫡
Just did a couple of test runs! It's fantastic!
(Struggles with furry/anthro atm, but I've got a good idea of how to ammend that.)
This is the smoothest time I've had trying to optimize this pipeline in all my months of trying to sneak this in! I cannot thank you enough~! 🤯
Thanks for your comment :)
I'll have to upload a V2, i've implemented auto face generation for the face sprite in 144x144 resolution.
I'm also trying to make a version that generate "high res" sprites in 64x64 but the results are mixed at the moment, i'll have to work on that

Super helpful—saved me a ton of time. Thanks for sharing, bro!
I don't reproduce the result, could you share the link of the model used? For example, the controlnet. need lora, open a picture of example can see
This is really awesome, can you do more movements like idle, running etc?
What's the reason the second raw always facing right? (Same as the third row)
Hey bro, I'd call this workflow the most powerful workflow.
