Amagumo from Desert Punk universe. Debt collector who takes people's souls along with their debts. The Desert Punk manga was adapted into an anime by Gonzo in 2004. Norio Wakamoto voiced Amagumo. I think the anime director found a lot of similarities between Amagumo and Alexander Anderson from Hellsing. Both are the main character's opponents, equal in strength.

Notes:

1. The character's primary weapon, the M2 carbine, is not displayed correctly. The tag "shotgun" was used for it during training.

2. The "mask" tag was not used during training. But adding the "mask" tag sometimes helps to display the character correctly. Especially when displaying side views or close-up

3. Amagumo also has a weapon thin threads, like Walter C. Dornez from Hellsing. (Not implemented in Lora).

4. Amagumo never takes off his mask.
