Is there a special workflow for this lora?
you'd need an input image bolted onto another image, for an i2v workflow
Do you mean drop one image onto another in Photoshop and save a single .png? Something like this

Just some clean-up: Would be good to have the before/after examples right next to each other in "Post Image Order" (you can re-arrange them), to make it easier to see before/after.
I use the duck image the one you are using and added a Lora loader the native one in comfy but it is not working, should I need to do something special to run the kontext loras?

It does work, somewhat. It seems to work well with cartoon images over realistic backgrounds, but doesn't seem to work with realistic images pasted over realistic backgrounds. I will post some image results with a very simple workflow. You'll have to get your own composited image with Photoshop, Krita, or Gimp. Or just copy one of the composited images here and paste it into the workflow.
