Wang Zhi-Yang is Wang Ya-Shiang's full sister, and she adores her four-year-old, artistically gifted brother. Though Wang Ya-Shiang's own perseverance as an artist often leaves her with financial difficulties, Zhi-Yang, a socialite, always secretly slips money to Ya-Shiang because she believes that Ya-Shiang's artwork can inspire people to change the nasty side of society, or at least that's what she thinks.
