This is good!
I slightly modded the wf to use it with my configuration while maintaining the base wf structure.
I had to switch off AccVid, causing some "hallucination" with the particular lora i'm using with. I'm sure not all lora are like this. Tested with the lora that is in the base WF and they seems fine with AccVid.
I have one question with WAN how your eyes dont getting blurry?
I think it depends on the resolution. Sometimes i get blurry eyes, but with 512x758+ resolution the result is almost always good. You can try "Restore face" node. Its not perfect, but can help to fix bad results.

@KeMiliUs聽There is a node called "Restore face" in this workflow (connected to upscaler). You can enable it (Right click -> Bypass).

There would be a version based on 2.3 or 2.4 workflow ?
Do you need something specific from this versions? New versions have more optimisation options, but its does not bring speedup benefits with acceleration LoRA's and few-step generation.

all good, but with turn on "restore face", I keep getting a black screen instead of video, it's fine without it
