If you want your girls or boys to have small penises you need to try out this LoRA. I did some testing myself and got some really well generated art, even for other styles like 3D anime.
This model has been trained on 551 manually picked images for 20 epochs. If this LoRA is a success I might update it in the future.
The activation keyword is: small penis.
For strength I recommend using the default 1.0 but you can also try changing this for different results. If trying this LoRA on realistic models, you can increase this number to get better result. Adding vagina to the negative prompt can also help the model to perform more accurate in some cases.
Some keywords that work well in combination: (I recommend using either erection or flaccid and not both of them)

@Kura26 Yeah I trained a SDXL but didn't release it because it didn't perform like I wanted. I can make that one public but I think it's better that I train a new one.
