I liked this character since the manga. She is very cute and I couldn't help but make a model, of course.

Outfit: black dress, waist cutout, long skirt, white coat, golden neck ring, o-ring, no panties

Works with many styles. The only remark is that some checkpoints make her look much younger and it is worth adding "mature female" then. Add "anime screencap" for a closer to anime style.
