Might want to consider renaming it "arrows in the anus" for clarity, since it's the anus not the butt cheeks.
Couple variants that would be useful if you're considering doing more with this.
A single arrow version, since having a half-dozen sticking out of an anus is, uh, very niche.
A version that actually has an arrow/arrows sticking out of the butt (butt cheeks) would be handy for those that don't want the implicit dying that comes with arrows in the anus (which would tear the colon).
