Wan FusionX Face Naturalizer
Tired of that overly "AI face" look? This LoRA is designed to help de-AI your generations — reducing that overly synthetic sharpness, repetitive features, and cookie-cutter faces.
🔧 What it does:
Softens baked-in facial detail LoRAs
Reduces "same-face syndrome"
Makes results feel more natural, organic, and human
🧠 Best used with:
FusionX Merged Models or in combination with the FusionX Lora's (NOT the ingredients Workflows) If your using the Ingredients workflows, just bypass or lower Detail Enhancer and Realism Boost to get similar results as this lora.
Works great on portraits and close-ups

🧪 Recommended Strength Settings:
0.5 – Light naturalizer effect
0.7 – Balanced and clean (sweet spot)
1.0 – Full effect for strong de-AI / anti-detailing
1.5+ – Extra soft, ultra-smooth look (use with care)
See sample video's for some comparison's. The first two had a setting of 0.7
⚠️ Important Usage Note:
Do not use this LoRA with my other detail-enhancing LoRAs (like DetailEnhancerV1 or RealismBoost).
They cancel each other out and defeat the purpose of this one — which is to Smooth out those baked-in Details
🧪 Upcoming Compatibility:
I'm currently working on new and improved detail and other LoRAs that are designed to work in harmony with FusionX Face Naturalizer. These will offer refined detail and realism — without reintroducing the "AI-face" look this LoRA aims to reduce.
Stay tuned!

Thank you for sharing the LORAS. It performs excellently with 4 steps. I have uploaded a sample video to showcase the results. ❤️
This is what I've always wanted. Thank you
Will this also cause faces to be less affected when using character lora's? When using the FusionX Phantom model the faces often get changed a bit. Setting the lora's at a really high strength does mitigate it a bit but not entirely.
This Lora was was designed to off-set the two custom detail lora's that were part of FusionX. While they helped add more detail to video's, sometimes that is not always wanted and a more natural look is needed. Using this along side your character lora's should help a lot. Give it a shot!
Thanks! It seems to eliminate the effect almost entirely. Not sure if it's because of this lora or the model in general but my own character lora's seem to affect the other characters on screen a lot less too, which is great!
Looks very good in the showcase. Does it work for male too?
Should work on anyone. Have not tested on non humans tho. Or very far away shots
Can I2V be used?
Yes, u can use it for both
Hi. This can also help for character consistency?
I have seen that faces tend to change for longer video or for multy clip video. I'm using mostly Vace to help with end frames or reference but is not very good. And the solution to make a lora for you character it's bit too intesive.
It might help a bit, its really for when using the fusionX model or lora, to help smooth out the two detail lora's that are baked into it. They tend to cause the "same face" issue so smoothing them out brings back a more natural look.
Ok so the FusionX merged model (checkpoint) changes the faces, specially when using it for 160 sec videos (as they claim it can). I have also noticed the same change of faces in smaller sec length videos.
Is this resolving that issue and giving back the original face of the people given in the img?
Yes, This lora should help with that.
Hi! Amazing your work. By any chance you have a workflow for adding this Lora? Thanks!
Most of my workflows have a lora node or u could add one. Of u join the discord u can ping me . Discord server in description
You have saved my life with this lora, thank you
Any chance for a wan 2.2 version please
+1
This works already, just use it on the low noise step
One of the most needed lore. It makes faces more natural. At a value of 0.5 it tries to preserve the shape of the face, and does not disfigure it like 99% of other lore from the "gurus" of training. This is the best solution to this problem.
