This is an Illustrious style lora for the character Ultron from Marvel Comics. Specifically the look of Ultron from Ultron 15 till the Phalanx arc. This can also be known as the third era, yet it was a rather short one as it lasted only a part of the 90s. It is largely marked by Ultron forming his own nation.
