well done!
Very nice plush effect!!! but the generated objects sometimes do not keep their original positions. I wonder if it is a problem with the training set.
if you are trying a flat logo / sketch it will shift it to 3D - could you give some examples on the images youve tested
add following in prompt : "Maintain identical subject placement, camera angle, framing, and perspective." this is standard prompt for Kontext to keep image identical, the lora will then tranform it.
