How do I get it to make naruko and jiraiya at the same time?
There are a few options but getting 2 characters at the same time can be tricky. I have had decent results either just adding "jiraiya from naruto" as a tag. This with the tag "white haired man" does give a decent enough jiraiya. However if you want to have a bit more decent jiraiya you can add another Lora. Try adding this Lora https://civitai.com/models/1259949?modelVersionId=1420672 at around 0.5 strength is is still decent.
