Izumi Katsuragi is a main character in Link! Like! Love Live!. She is a second-year student at Hasunosora Girls' High School, enrolled with the 105th class. She is a member of the previously independent school idol duo Edel Note, a unit under the Hasunosora Girls' High School Idol Club.

She was initially introduced as a supporting character and a rival. In her debut appearance, she was a first-year student at Mizukawa Girls' School before transferring to Hasunosora with Ceras following the school's closure.
