I've created this model using the colab so It's not exactly fine-tuned since I didn't really mess with the tags or training too much. I would suggest using a Control Net pose (as I have in the pictures above) for the model to best resemble the character.

I know it's anime but is this a particular art style? A certain artist? If so is there a lora for this style?
It's from the same creator as Cowboy Bebop and Space Dandy "Shinichirō Watanabe"
considering the art style is so specific and I'm not seeing any lora's of his art style I may make one myself ^_^
