Shadow Shift
This allows for much greater flexibility with silhouettes. I included a low dose of Color Silhouette. Just enough to make it work. Sometimes the prompt might overpower it. If that happens, feel free to add the LoRA (Color Silhouette) with a low weight to help balance it out.
The main reason I created this was to break through the limitations of silhouette generation for NoobAI and IL. Using this checkpoint opens up a lot more creative possibilities. It also enhances image detail and increases scene complexity.

You don’t have to use this checkpoint just for silhouettes. It’s perfectly capable of doing amazing things even without them. It’s got range!

I admit I’ve been experimenting with a version 2 for the past few days, but the original is just too good and has such a unique charm. So… I don’t want to end up making a new version that’s worse than the original. LOL
@Soxan Yeah, and the sad thing is, if I'm seeing correctly, there's no bid or anything on this checkpoint currently, so me and others will probably have to say goodbye to this very good checkpoint in 4 days until something happens with the change or somehow someone bids enough for it to pass :( and yeah the original is just really good right now, it would be a surprise if it became even better than this

Sorry about that. I was running low on Buzz. The bid keeps getting higher every week. It's now around 31k (basically $31 a week to keep the checkpoint running). I thought 28k Buzz would be enough.

This is an amazing checkpoint. But OMG!! What are these bid prices?! It's insane! And totally unfair for people like me who do not buy Buzz (or can not buy it due to platform reasons).
100% this. It’s wild out there. It feels like straight up dog eat dog, and only the biggest dog gets the bone. I see some creators even bidding on their own checkpoints like 5 or 10 of them. I know I’m not as popular compared to other creators, but honestly, I’m proud of myself.
Shadow Shift hit 400+ likes, 570+ downloads, and generated 46k images! Way more attention than I expected at the start. It’s been amazing to see people take my work and create such unique and creative results.
I look at all of those images every week. They’re 100% inspiring and always surprise me with their creativity. I absolutely love it! Even the NSFW ones are still amazing.
And I’ll be real… Most of those images people made with it were so good. Sometime, they gave me a random boner. 🍆💦 You all are incredible!
@Soxan Even though I do not know if I have already posted any of the images I have generated using your checkpoint. I amn sure those who have are very happy to hear that you appreciate all teh images that were made using it. ^_^)/b
That said however, I am unfortunately now no longer able to use it due to the fact that this checkpoint is only available if you have won the auction that gives you temporary access to it (does seem like you can use it for a little while for free though. I do not really remember how that works. But I believe that the message said that you can only use it for free for about a week at max?)..
It makes me quite sad, but I am guessing you are unable to do anything about how much it is available for free-to-use users like myself, who do not buy Buzz and will NEVER be able to have anything near the amount of it to ever win those auctions. >_<

I miss this checkpoint so bad. I know I haven't posted anything with it yet, but I had made some gens with it and the results were always insanely good, I don't know why I didn't get to posting at least something before this whole situation with the bidding spots happened. And it's not like I can spend money on this platform to buy buzz to help out anyway, I don't know what civitai is thinking, no free users are willing to spend money just to make sure they get their favourite checkpoint public for a week, it's more likely when there are 200 spots, but what can you do :(
I know. It does sucks. It is just way too expensive to keep the checkpoint running every week. Only the top dog can survive.

I did see your FFXIV OC. It looks awesome! I recently returned to FFXIV when the savage raids were released. I’m currently trying to clear M12S Phase 2. I just love the DT raid theme! I usually raid as a healer, but this time I wanted to try something different. So, I’m playing Dancer for this current raid tier.
@Soxan I'm a MCH guy myself, but I enjoy healing as well. Taking a bit of a break until 8.0, but these gens will definitely keep me held over until then. Would love to see your guy sometime ~!
@Tsugi I do take a long break between raid tiers. I usually play for about two months, then take a break until the next raid. I haven’t beaten any Ultimates yet. I don’t think I want to spend months trying to clear one. I mostly play FFXIV for raiding. I’ll do some venue stuff to kill time in FFXIV too, lol.
@Soxan Haven't been to a venue in forever... would love to head to one and hook up for a couple hours one night, pfft.

@Soxan For sure, just take a shit ton of screenshots. Poses, outfits, lighting, just as long as the character is clearly in-frame. The previews will look god-awful on LoRA creation but throw it into a proper checkpoint and things will be much nicer. Helps that I have commissioned art of my Seawolf, lol
