Start with 30 steps, CFG 2.5
Eular A, Nomal or Simple Schedule.
DPM++ 2S a, Normal or Simple Schedule, (sometimes better for more realistic images, Simple always produces more realistic cum)
If using HiRes choose "None" as the upscaler.
Positive Keywords: detail, real, isometric, (not always necessary)
Negative Keywords: Bad eyes, watermark, (not always necessary)
Add "milk, paint," to your negative prompt to get better cum, I don't know why, voodoo magic probably.

Excited to try this out. The 1.0 version was really good.
RealTastic v4 works very well for me, anywhere from the recommended 2.5 CFG way up to 5+ with great IQ and realism. Takes a little extra effort for the usual Pony stuff, but the realism is amazingly good. Great work, thanks for sharing!
I spent a lot of time with RealTastic 4 and I'll recommend some settings for realistic generation:
sampler: dpmpp_2s_ancestral_cfg_pp
sheduler: karras | with normal and simple it adds exaggerated goosebumps
steps: 35 | more than 35 doesn't change anything tbh
cfg for realism: 1.8 - 2.5 I recommend 2.0
