WAN NSFW Universal Video Workflow – Up to 30s
⚠️ RunPod is strongly recommended for this workflow.
This setup is significantly more demanding than the previous version, especially when generating longer videos or using higher resolutions. For the smoothest experience, sufficient VRAM, faster generation, and fewer out-of-memory issues, I recommend using RunPod exclusively.RunPod template: https://console.runpod.io/deploy?template=6v9xfjte50&ref=6f5erf8c
🚀 One Workflow. Universal NSFW Generation. Up to 30 Seconds.
This is the next version of my universal WAN NSFW video workflow for ComfyUI, designed around longer, more flexible generations while keeping the setup as simple as possible.
The workflow can be used for a wide range of NSFW video concepts and supports videos of up to approximately 30 seconds, depending on your selected resolution, frame count, GPU, and workflow settings.
The goal is simple: load the workflow, provide your source image and prompt, optionally add LoRAs, and start generating.
✨ Features
Universal NSFW video workflow
Up to ~30 second video generation
Designed for a wide variety of scenes and concepts
Optimized ComfyUI workflow structure
Easy prompt customization
Image-to-video focused workflow
LoRA support
Support for additional Civitai LoRAs
Built with longer generations in mind
Easy to modify and extend
Suitable for both experimentation and production-style generations
Simplified RunPod configuration
Automatic optional LoRA downloading
No complicated manual model setup when using the recommended RunPod template
☁️ RunPod Recommended
I strongly recommend running this workflow through RunPod rather than locally.
Longer AI video generation can require a large amount of VRAM and system memory, and resource usage increases quickly with:
Longer video duration
Higher resolution
Larger frame counts
Additional LoRAs
Upscaling or additional processing
Multiple workflow passes
Using an appropriate cloud GPU makes the workflow much easier to run without constantly adjusting settings to fit limited local VRAM.
Recommended RunPod Template
https://console.runpod.io/deploy?template=6v9xfjte50&ref=6f5erf8c
Simply deploy the template, wait for ComfyUI to start, load the workflow, and begin generating.
For longer or heavier generations, GPUs with large amounts of VRAM are highly recommended.
🎬 Up to 30 Second Videos
Unlike the previous version, this workflow is designed around significantly longer generations.
You can create short clips or extend the generation toward approximately 30 seconds.
Actual generation limits depend on your configuration, including:
Resolution
FPS
Number of frames
GPU VRAM
Available system RAM
LoRAs being used
Additional processing nodes
For maximum stability, start with shorter generations and increase the duration once you know your selected GPU can handle your settings.
🚀 How to Use
Deploy the recommended RunPod template:
https://console.runpod.io/deploy?template=6v9xfjte50&ref=6f5erf8c
Start the RunPod instance and open ComfyUI.
Load the included workflow.
Add your source image.
Enter or modify your prompt.
Select any optional LoRAs you want to use.
Choose your preferred generation settings.
Queue the workflow.
Generate your video.
The workflow is intended to keep the amount of manual configuration as low as possible.
🔧 RunPod Environment Variables
The new version has a much simpler configuration.
There are now only two environment variables you need to know about.
CIVITAI_TOKEN
Your personal Civitai API token.
This is used when the RunPod environment needs to automatically download models or LoRAs from Civitai.
Example:
CIVITAI_TOKEN=your_civitai_token
You can obtain your API token from your Civitai account settings.
EXTRA_LORAS
Optional list of additional Civitai LoRAs that should automatically be downloaded when the environment starts.
Use this if you want your favorite LoRAs available immediately without manually downloading and uploading them every time you create a new RunPod instance.
Example:
EXTRA_LORAS=123456,654321,987654
Leave it empty if you don't need any additional LoRAs.
📦 Included
The package includes the complete ComfyUI workflow and the configuration required to get started with the recommended environment.
The workflow is prepared for:
NSFW video generation
Longer video sequences
Custom prompts
Custom source images
Additional LoRAs
Civitai integration
RunPod deployment
Workflow customization
You are free to modify the workflow and adapt it to your own generation style.
🧩 Custom Nodes
If ComfyUI reports missing nodes after loading the workflow, use ComfyUI Manager to install the required custom nodes.
In most cases:
Manager → Install Missing Custom Nodes
Then restart ComfyUI and reload the workflow.
The recommended RunPod environment is intended to minimize the amount of additional setup required.
💡 Tips for Better Results
For longer generations, consistency becomes increasingly important.
For better results:
Use a clear source image
Keep prompts structured and descriptive
Avoid unnecessarily conflicting prompt instructions
Start with shorter generations when testing a new LoRA
Increase duration gradually
Use a GPU with enough VRAM
Keep LoRA strengths reasonable
Test motion and composition before committing to very long renders
A short test generation can save a lot of GPU time before running the full sequence.
🔗 Recommended Platform
RunPod
https://console.runpod.io/deploy?template=6v9xfjte50&ref=6f5erf8c
For this version of the workflow, RunPod is the recommended way to run it due to the significantly higher hardware requirements of longer AI video generations.
❤️ Support / Updates
The workflow may continue to receive improvements as WAN models, ComfyUI nodes, and video-generation techniques evolve.
If you find a useful combination of settings, LoRAs, or generation parameters, feel free to experiment—the workflow is intentionally designed to be flexible rather than locked to one specific type of scene.
Universal NSFW video generation, simplified for ComfyUI — from short clips to videos up to approximately 30 seconds.

Are you using LORA in this example video of the post? :)
Could you add control mask so the output starts with a photo?
it has load img, so it starts with img
@nikolas2145684 I mean so it saves the last image from teh video it creates.
got popup "no module named sageattention", but i already installed sageattention, please help
Are you running at Runpod or locally ?
@nikolas2145684 local, i using comfyui windows installer (not portable), btw i checked your workflow have sageattention box, but when processing going to ksampler, i got popup like above. maybe sageattention should connect after ksampler?
@suptumzer45 you will need to install sage attention for windows and triton https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI/issues/7484#issuecomment-2786525702
@nikolas2145684 already installed triton and sageattention for nvidia RTX 5080, but the error still same. can you try install comfyui windows installer locally and testing with your workflow? if you have tutorial, i sent 2500 buzz
@suptumzer45 im using this workflow locally too, PM me on discord nicolay.7033 and send me screenshot of error please

I am getting a red image with this workflow, any ideas ?
Dont change uni-pc sampler
I get this error, how to fix?
KSampler
mat1 and mat2 shapes cannot be multiplied (77x768 and 4096x5120)
Probably loras or decoder
nikolas2145684 I am just using the worflow as it is, didn't change anything. Coudl you help me?
tlkstatsbot614 check your Load CLIP node and be sure you have this model on pc. I got them at Models\TextEncoders\, it's hard to say where at different builds.
I'm having the same issue. @nikolas2145684 I sent you a discord FR
@quonxephon Could you send me how you were able to resolve this as well?
NM I figured it out, the CLIP model didn't match the diffusion model
Same here..
Runpod is taking way too long to open ComfyUI… I waited for an hour and it never showed ‘ready’ on an A40. Does it really take that long?
check the logs, use an llm to analyze em if you like. did you check env vars? is the container even firing up?
