I wanted a series of wildcards that would allow me to create a variety of female body types, but couldn't find anything suitable. So I made them, myself.

It does take a little tweaking to get the output crafted to what you are looking for, but a few test prompts will get you on the right track for your desired results.

You can pair these wildcards with my "Beautiful Races" series of wildcards to come up with hundreds of thousands of unique looks.
