This LoRA doesn’t turn a poor background into a great one—it transforms a simple backdrop into a richly detailed, complex scene.

For example, if your original image shows just a single mountain and three clouds, applying this LoRA will give you rolling mountain ranges and additional clouds, all arranged in a very natural, coherent way.

In short, if your base model can’t produce more than a bare-bones background, this won’t help much; but for any model that already generates a basic—albeit somewhat bland—background, using this at weight 0.7 will dramatically enhance it with virtually no impact on its original style.
