Could not get the outfits to work without overbaking the model. If anyone has tips for dealing with Game CGs, let me know. As they are very generic, I'll let this one pass.

did you notice that you literally did not change any weight??? ".8" does not do anything, what means, your lora can be used in full strength (and that is what it actually does in background)....
