0.5-0.7 lora strength should be fine. Recommended CFG: 7 or lower.
Fairly versatile and more creative than I'd expected. I find it to be a little stubborn and unpredictable but that's totally welcome. The fists often come out a bit weird so you can use a LoRA for that. Also, sometimes generates off-color cocks and balls when nudity is unwanted.
If anyone finds a way to consistently generate self-busting, let me know.
